GoogleExpected a professional survey for the £850 fee I paid but received sub-standard service with minimal input. Visit was completed in around 5 minutes and I was asked to take photos myself, then email them to him so he could complete his report. Would definitely not recommend.

FacebookFrom customer service to marketing, Stephensons are absolutely faultless! They provided us with specialist advice on our character property, and offered a valuation within hours. Upon instruction, Stephensons sent an excellent photographer to our property who captured it at its finest; and within hours our property was marketed and viewings arranged promptly. Soon after we received multiple offers, all of which we were happy with. Overall, a seamless experience from start to finish from a very professional firm. Special thanks to Oliver Newby and the rest of the team at Stephensons York for their unrivalled service.

Superb brochures with professional photos, all the team have been efficient, friendly and helpful. They do what they say they're going to do. Equally important, they seem to genuinely care. FacebookI have rented at least three properties through Stephensons and have to say that I have never had any problems with them - they are easy to contact and I find them very reactive to any issues I may have. It is also worth mentioning that unlike a lot of agents they don't have any hidden extras in their contract. I could name at least one agent who charges for a new tenancy agreement every 6 months, and you only find this out when you actually sign on for the first time - Stephensons don't have anything like that. What you see is what you get. I would definitely recommend them.
