GoogleOver a long period, Stephenson Browne in Alsager have managed my property. They always inform me whenever there is a query with an aspect of the property, and carry out regular inventory checks. If any work needs to be done, there is always good communication, so that contractors are prompt to carry out repairs, and the price of work done is always reasonable. On top of this, they have established a good relationship with the tenants, so that there is a personal touch to dealings between us, which has resulted in a stable long-term tenancy.

GoogleSarah and the entire lettings team are just awesome! I am a portfolio landlord and work with many agents across the country but none of them come any close to Sarah and the lettings team. This team is the most professional, courteous, friendly and helpful I have ever come across in the UK. They always go beyond the call of duty and are always, always available with outstanding communications. I wish all agents were like this team. Kudos to you!

GoogleMaria Preston's care and consideration was second to none when I sold my house recently. It was not the easiest of sales, with 2 sales falling through (one at the very last moment). Always upbeat, Maria and the team at Newcastle worked really hard to get the figure I was happy with and progressed the final sale really well. I already recommended Stephenson Browne to my partner, which, happily he is not only selling a property, but also buying one through you. Stephenson Browne will always be my 'go to' in the future.

GoogleIt shamefully has taken me nearly 2 weeks to leave this review… However, myself and my partner wanted to give a huge thank you to all the team at Stephenson and Browne. We sold a house in Cheshire and made the jump to come and live in Staffordshire. The house we brought was under S&B as I can say it seems an increasing majority are in Staffordshire, which speaks volumes for their hard work, great communication and diligence to providing both their sellers and buyers a coherent level of knowledge and regular updates throughout the whole process. I particularly wanted to say a huge thank you to Margret, I have never known a more thorough individual. Everytime there was a change or an update I would hear it from Margret first, sometimes before my own solicitor. We couldn’t have faulted her. Nathan and Mathew also played a huge part in helping us to secure our forever home so thank you again to everyone at Stephenson and Browne and if we ever do decide to sell our home, we know where to come.🏡🔑

She certainly helped to progress rhe sale and get it completed before our Easter Deadline. Having rented previously through Stephenson Brown the process and friendliness of all the staff in making the transition from renting to buying really easy.
