GoogleWe honestly couldn't fault Spencers Estate Agents when we bought our house this year. They went completely over and above for us and made the whole experience feel so much easier than expected. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Whenever anyone mentions they are buying or selling we always recommend Spencers! An absolute pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWhen we saw a house on the market we quickly needed to get ours on; within 48 hours our house had gone live and a few hours later we had viewings arranged. With an offer on a house accepted we needed to sell ours quickly and Jo, Stephanie and team worked hard to ensure we had the best chance of doing so. Once the sales and purchases were agreed Spencers were fantastic at going between the various solicitors to ensure all moved at a steady pace. We went from going on the market to moving into our new home within 12 weeks.

GoogleSpencer’s estate agents have been in Wigston for longer than I can remember. Having had a couple of valuations locally of 210k, I decided to ask for Spencer’s valuation. My first meeting with Jo was interesting, when she valued the property at 240k. I queried this, and put doubt in her mind based on the other two valuations. The next day she rang me to confirm her valuation to be accurate. As it turned out, she was right and the property went for 5k over the asking price. I feel the service provided by the Spencer’s Wigston team was exceptional. Jo especially went beyond her duties, chasing the buyer’s solicitor and answering queries out of hours.
