I would like to say many many thanks to Katherine Quinton for all her help in dealing with us in the buying of 11 Wylam Avenue, she went above and beyond in the prompt action in aiding us sorting out our financial proof etc, she was very friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble for her, also all the other ladies in the shop were very friendly and courteous too, making it pleasant experience in what is a usually stressful experience, thanks to all concerned.

Louis came to appraise my property last week. He was so knowledgeable, profressional and really went away and did the research on my property as it’s a quirky one. Thanks again and I won’t hesitate to use you guys if I do decide to sell! Thanks Fran

Great estate agents who helped us secure a lovely rental property. Easy to communicate with, and very professional. The Darlington office, and Olivia in particular, have made the process as smooth and stress free as possible.

We had the pleasure of using this estate agent’s when purchasing our property. Katherine was the first person who we dealt with and who guided throughout the sale. Her professionalism, expertise and friendly manner made the whole experience so much easier. We also felt that by carrying out a lot of the documentation face to face in the office gave it a personal touch. We can highly recommend this estate agent

Hi, Olivia and the team were fantastic, had 5 viewings over the bank holiday weekend and could have had at least another 5. Property was re-let within a month of the old tenants moving out. Olivia sorted all the paperwork out very efficiently and quickly. Well done all, will be using you again.

From start to finish Olivia Bowes has made sorting out renting a new house an absolute breeze. She was always quick to answer questions and never made us feel like we were asking too much or annoying her. We now have access to our new rented property and we are very happy. Olivia has provided a professional and welcoming experience from Robinson’s and I’m sure embodies their values every day. Thank you Olivia, we look forward to being a tenant under Robinson’s.
