Had dealt with the Darlington branch of Robinsons in 2021 and had excellent service. Contacted them again as Smith & Friends as we needed to find new tenants and again, their service was excellent. Very professional, easy to deal with and always answered any question or queries. Our new tenants also spoke very highly of them from their point of view.

Having used Smith and Friends in Darlington a number of times I would highly recommend them. We particularly liked their style of marketing and their adverts on Rightmove definitely stand out from the crowd. The photographs are of a very high standard and information is presented in a clear and concise fashion. The sales team were very proactive in order to achieve a sale and kept us informed at all times. The excellent service continued with Joy in sales progression. She communicated with us regularly and was very attentive to ensure our sale went through. The whole team went above and beyond therefore I would definitely recommend them.

From the valuation by Louis through to the sale they have been brilliant. The sales team kept us informed all the way. We were offered the asking price by the first viewer. Another firm gave us a valuation £16000.00 less than Louis !! So glad we found Smith and Friends, we would highly recommend them to anyone.

Emailed three times over the course of a week and a half; once on their website and twice on Rightmove to book a viewing of a property and got no reply. Rang up to try and book a viewing only to find no one answered the phone.
