Excellent support and service from Smith and Friends in the sale of our house. From honouring a previous quote to fantastic support in the final weeks to completion - the team at the Ingleby Barwick branch have been so efficient, professional, kind and informative. Great marketing, sound advice and support in securing solicitors, they have held our hand through the whole process, making something that can be stressful, easy. A special thank you to Andrea, who always returned my calls, was understanding, empathic and for whom no question was too silly! Highly recommended local firm who know the market.

I have used the Marton office for both purchasing 2 properties and in most recent times renting out a property, therefore seeing how Smith & Friends works from both sides, Client/Landlord.
