We have recently sold our house via the Ingleby Branch and to a man I cannot fault anybody in the office. Andrea and Manj mainly handled the viewings and sales progression but everyone was so patient and gave great advice whenever I needed it. As the house was empty we left everything to them including the viewings which made the whole process simple and stress free. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Smith & Friends to anyone who is looking for an agent to sell their house. Top class, friendly and knowledgeable service from a very experienced estate agency. Thanks again!

From start to finish Smith&Friends have been absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much to ask, all queries are answered in a quick and professional manner, every agent I have dealt with have been nothing but friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this estate agents to anyone selling their property. Special thanks to Toni and Elaine from the Marton office who have both went above and beyond and made the stress of selling a house feel like a walk in the park! Thanks again ☺️ Elaine has been brilliant throughout, always there to help with queries, always providing regular updates and always a kind, friendly voice over the phone. Can’t recommend enough ☺️

An exceptional experience was had, renting out my property through this estate agents. From start to finish, the service was nothing short of outstanding. From the first contact with Mark Smith, who went above and beyond at every step of the rental process to Nikki Bennett and Steffi Hughes who were also available to offer advice, answer questions, and provide updates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The whole team’s professionalism, knowledge, and approachable nature made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their commitment to customer service. They genuinely care, and it shows in every interaction. I felt supported, informed, and confident throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and the team to anyone who is looking for trustworthy, proactive, and top-tier estate agents. A truly five-star experience.
