I found Sewell and Gardner Lettings to be very efficient and professional. From the first day that I viewed our property to the day that we received our keys was a mere turnaround of a few weeks. The staff were very helpful and courteous; ensuring that all our requests were answered thoroughly. They took the stress out of negotiating our terms and conditions by liaising directly with the landlord on our behalf. It also came as a pleasant surprise to find out that they don't charge tenant fees.. that news made my day!

Our best experience with a letting agent ever as a tenant! Sewell & Gardner provided us with an extremely responsive and professional service and Neil and team went beyond their call of duty to support and help us - on one occasion agreeing to speak at 7 am in the morning as I was taking a flight and has to clarify something urgently!. Our lease was expiring and we had to find a property of our liking in a week time and it was really touch and go! Only Sewell & Gardner's and Neil's proactive and timely help made this happen! The low admin fees is the fairest in the market and a beautiful welcome hamper provided during check-in was completely unexpected and was a nice touch. We will definitely recommend Sewell & Gardner to all our friends!
