I sold my flat and bought my onward purchase with Sewell and Gardner having built up a relationship with them over several years.. I dealt with everyone at the Rickmansworth branch - they were really good at keeping me informed during the whole process, keeping it as stress-free as possible and also helped move things along the chain when things got 'stuck'. GoogleGreat team, found them confident without being OTT. As is always the case there are issues and blips with house purchase but Chris and the team kept me informed and helped iron out the process. Had methodical approach to valuation when in 'sales mode' but this was followed up with all subsequent dealings. Would highly recommend.

GoogleLike lots of people I didn't know who to choose to help me sell my house. I was downsizing and moving to a different area so there was lots of change in my life and although I didn't think that moving would be plain sailing I wanted a quick and trouble free journey. A friend couldn’t recommended S&G enough, and I am SO glad I contacted them! The Croxley team were really professional and extremely quick to jump on any issue that arose. The journey wasn't without its problems and scary moments but I can't help thinking that if I had used anyone else I would have thrown in the towel and stayed put! Recommend, recommend, recommend.

GoogleWe used Sewell & Gardner in Croxley Green to purchase our new home in April 2017. Over the course of the purchase we mainly dealt with Chris but at times also with Tyler and Lawrence. From start to finish they were professional, friendly and efficient. I feel they even went above and beyond at times when we were having some real issues with the buyer of our own property. They kept the chain alive for us and we couldn't have been happier using them. My wife and I would recommend them to everyone! Thanks guys!

GoogleIncredibly professional, attentive and resourceful. The whole team there (in particular Chris Wood) helped create a smooth transaction, were open and honest about progress at all times and were excellent in liaising with the solicitors to get things moving (whenever needed!) They returned phone calls and emails promptly and took time to understand both sides' situation so we could co-ordinate our moves as best as possible. I am grateful for their service and would highly recommend using Sewell & Gardner.
