From the first day we saw our new house to the day we exchanged all representatives of S&G were absolutely first class. They were prompt, extremely knowledge and, at all times, completely professional. There was no 'hard sell'. Instead they were super helpful and assisted us with all our queries - whether by using data available to them from their extensive knowledge of the area or by seeking the information from the owners and/or their neighbours. Nothing was too much trouble! I would have no absolutely hesitation in recommending Alex and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area. If you want to deal with a family firm with experienced professional agents, these guys will be very hard to beat!

I was impressed with Sewell & Gardner from the very first visit to value our property and they stood out for us immediately as the right Agent to go with. The valuation was perfect and the sale very quick and all aspects of communication were prompt and excellent from initial communications and updates from the office to updates on viewings and all eventual communications with the purchasers and solicitors. There were occasions where the staff had to alternate between dealing with my daughter and myself and this was done seamlessly. On visiting the office we were given warm welcomes by all. Honestly this was a fantastic and very professional young team and I would easily use Sewell & Gardner Rickmansworth again

From the start of our engagement with Sewell & Gardner their approach was different to others we had experience of. They worked hard to get the viewings from the off and we were successful in getting an offer in the first couple of weeks when the market did appear to be slow. When that first buyer fell by the wayside they picked up the pieces and managed to sell following the first weekend of viewings which meant we were able to retain our interest in the property we have now bought. Shared ownership purchase: The team is professional, efficient, full of knowledge and friendly. After months of searching almost gave up, and we found Sewell & Gardener. These are the guys you want if you want to get yourself a modern finished and completed home ready to move in and simply unpack. Every home we viewed through these agents was finished to a high standard. That was exactly the way we would want a house to be ready for us to put our touch on it. From start to finish, we was kept updated. All our queries and questions were answered. The process may seem to take a long time, but that is only because the estate agents are very thorough and precise. For us, it has completely changed our lives from private renting that have extortionate rent prices to now being on the ladder to buy with options to staircase and potentially owning all the property.
