GoogleMoving is recognised as one of the most stressful experiences. Well that depends on who you are dealing with ! Sewell and Gardner are an estate agent apart and that is from experience. Attentive, keeping us informed, even daily when necessary. Our move was smooth and we were cared for up to the date we moved in and beyond. The difference, they were genuinely working on behalf of their clients !

GoogleHonest agency even when dealing with unexpectedly ridiculous landlord, contracts are very fair (for both tenants and landlords in my opinion) unlike some of their local competitors and very straight forward without any hidden clauses.

GoogleTiffany at Swell & Gardner was amazing!!! I have rented a number of properties in the past & have always found the process to be a headache!!! However it was a breeze with Swell & Gardner. Tiffany, kept me informed of everything & assisted me with all my paperwork. I was also very impressed with the company they hired to do the inventory. The guy was very friendly & extremely thorough. I would definately recommend Tiffany & her team. Thank you.

GoogleOur best experience with a letting agent ever as a tenant! Sewell & Gardner provided us with an extremely responsive and professional service and Neil and team went beyond their call of duty to support and help us - on one occasion agreeing to speak at 7 am in the morning as I was taking a flight and has to clarify something urgently!. Our lease was expiring and we had to find a property of our liking in a week time and it was really touch and go! Only Sewell & Gardner's and Neil's proactive and timely help made this happen! The low admin fees is the fairest in the market and a beautiful welcome hamper provided during check-in was completely unexpected and was a nice touch. We will definitely recommend Sewell & Gardner to all our friends!
