GoogleWe used Sewell & Gardner for the sale of our house. Our chain turned out to be a long and complicated one and the support we got from S&G was invaluble. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they acted very professionally and worked relentlessly to keep the chain moving, their perseverance really helped a great deal. They also had a personable style which really helped during stressful times.

GoogleSewell & Gardner have demonstrated being in a higher than average level of professionalism and customer care quality in our experience of renting. The process was quick, painless and we were only charged just £30 per person for referencing and no additional fees to move into the property!. We ended up with a house exactly as we dreamed after a very smooth process. We would definitely recommend their services.

The real differentiating factor for Sewell and Gardner is the quality of their staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has a natural style and commitment to first class customer service. GoogleWe bought two properties through Sewell and Gardner. I can't imagine how they could have made the process simpler or more convenient. Tenants for both moved in the day we completed. Every person with whom we came into contact with was 100% professional. Bottom line the service has been faultless, I cannot recommend S&G highly enough.

GoogleEmily was my main point of contact but it was a team effort. The communication was amazing, we were never kept in the dark about anything. We have used a few other agents in the past and you are second to none compared to them. You have been really good and really friendly. I would always tell others not to waste there time with anybody else and to always go to you. We have a really high level of viewings and with every single viewing we received feedback which was very useful.
