GoogleJoe was very polite and he kept to his word on everything we agreed. I saw the flat and made an offer and he asked the vendor to take it off the market to allow me time to exchange contracts. Everything has gone smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend this very professional company. Thanks Joe!

GoogleVery happy. Professional photographer for the photos, all viewings accompanied and feedback provided swiftly. A lengthy and drawn out legal process in the chain was chased regularly by the team and our sale and purchase completed at the agreed sale price. A special mention to Ben for all is hard work, ably assisted by his colleague Ollie. Would certainly recommend.

GoogleAmazing service. Sold our flat through the Watford branch and from the word go they were fantastic. Joe made us feel relaxed and excited about selling our property. As for Ben, we cannot sing his praises enough. Constantly keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. Forever chasing solicitors etc. Nothing was ever too much! He couldn't have done any more! I would highly recommend these guys!!! Amazing customer service!!! Thanks guys!!

GoogleDon't get fooled by the past reviews if you are a first time buyer. Absolutely amateur agents. To be fair, they work really hard for the seller which isn't great if you are a buyer as they will continue to seek higher offers until contract sign date. Stay away, you've been warned!!

GoogleWhat used to be a part of quite a good estate agency network has turned out to be a branch with poor customer engagement due to perhaps the recent change of branch leadership. Not only do the different staff of same branch hold different views with same client, they also now lack client empathy and priority. If there was a half star possible I would have done that.

Even to a point where by advising us to hold out for a better offer, we added 10k to our final selling price, At busy times when we could not get to the property, she arranged for tradesmen to attend on our behalf, 5 Stars all the way,

GoogleWe used Sewell & Gardner to sell our house in Chorleywood and were extremely pleased with the service we received. Kate and her team were always very constructive, pleasant to deal with and professional. They managed our expectations and talked through their advice so that we completely understood their approach. They always accompanied viewings and made the process very easy for us. Once we were under offer, the process was quite complicated but they helped oil the wheels throughout, liaising with our solicitor and the estate agent and solicitors on the other sides. I would happily recommend Sewell & Gardner to anyone in Chorleywood thinking of moving.

We thank Kate for her honesty and gauging the market through a particularly unsettled market. Timings for us were paramount given the birth of our baby girl and we thank Maria, Kate and Jo for getting us across the line! The Chorleywood team were always polite and kept us informed throughout the process. I found the weekly updates illustrating how many people had visited the house whilst up for sale online particularly helpful.

GoogleSewell & Gardner have been excellent throughout the sale of our flat on the Byewaters. I met with a few agents before deciding to go ahead with Sewell, as I felt they were a good match for our property, their brochures looked professional and I very much liked all the staff I met at the Ricky and Croxley offices. Tyler managed the (frustrating!) exchange and kept on top of the solicitors, other agents and buyers and we couldn't have done it without him. He is friendly, down to earth and efficient and I would highly recommend him and these agents to anyone! I'm so glad we chose Sewell....thank you to everyone :-)
