Very simple and easy way to rent a property from this Agency if you are ok with all the requirements (income, references,etc). Big thanks to Georgina, she kept me update with all the steps and everything was done online via the phone and e-mail in very short time. Also they have a big portfolio and very affordable prices. Although the process has been longer than expected, the service Sargeants provides is very good. Good communication and good customer care make them outstanding. Personally I have dealt with Sally Sweeney who is always available and goes the extra mile to help you during the process which can be stressful and frustrating due to many factors. So thank you!!! We bought our property through Sargeants and we have mainly dealt with Sally, who has been really great! Good communication, friendly, calm and clear. No pressure during viewings and seemed to want to help find the right property for us rather than push a sale. Helpful during the negotiation and the run-up to exchange and completion - again, good communication and calm and clear throughout during a process which can be so complex and stressful! Would recommend.

GoogleThis company let my daughter and her partner live in a flat with damp on the bedroom wall for months. They blamed workmen, the landlord everyone except themselves for not attending to it in a timely manner.. Eventually, when the wall was treated it was then left unpainted for weeks and was unsightly. My daughter 's partner offered to paint the wall himself as it was taking so long!!! He painted it and they paid him. Following criminal damage to the property the bedroom window was left for weeks without being repair again all they offered was excuses. After a nightmare tenancy Sargeants held her to the lease to the bitter end and made no concessions whatsoever claiming that it was the landlady and not them !!! They are a joke.

Dear Natalie, We're sorry to hear your daughter had a poor experience with a property that we managed on the landlords behalf. Our dedicated property management team did everything they could to resolve the issues raised amicably, including numerous visits to the property to provide quotes for the works required. However we can only request that works are carried by the landlord as we do not have the authority to carry out works without express permission. We also cannot arrange for amendments to contracts unless the landlord agrees and in this instance they did not. Best Regards Sargeants

Having previously bought and (attempted) to sell in the area before using other competitors of Sargeants, we can safely say that they are the best estate agents Ealing has. They are very knowledgable, extremely professional and listen to your requirements. GoogleA really professional company who go above and beyond with trying to help their tenants. As a tenant i found them very helpful with helping me find a suitable home as well as talking me through the process. They now manage the property and have been very helpful with any questions i have raised. Angelika is always responsive and very good at communicating if there are any delays.

Really friendly service. The team really helped throughout the process and were a good communication tool with our buyer and seller, making the process so much less stressful. We also viewed places with them and with other local agents. We saw a huge difference in the way in which they worked. They don’t use part time weekend staff which meant that they knew the sellers and properties really well. That gave us a lot of confidence in selling through them. For that alone I would use them over any other local firm. Highly recommended.

We were very happy with the service Sally/Sargeants provided. She was calm, diligent, and worked around our timings. Sadly, the previous agent Neil was very flustered when we worked with him and did not put us at ease at all. He seemed more panicked, but we have learnt he no longer works at the company.We would recommend Sargeants to others looking for a new home.

FacebookSargeants in Ealing are now trying to avoid returning a deposit to my daughter and her partner claiming items like £10 for a battery, £10 for an plastic ice tray!!!!! They are claiming the flat needs professional cleaning when 4 people cleaned the flat from top to bottom! I can only think that they are desperate money grabbers. Be very ware of dealing with this company.
