TrustpilotGenuinely excellent
Sargeants are consummately professional, objective, knowledgable, accommodating, very pleasant to deal with. In helping navigate quite a difficult purchase because of challenges around a sale - they demonstrated all of the above traits and I would heartily recommend them to anyone.

Excellent and attentive serviceWe bought our home through Seargents and found their service to be professional, helpful and responsive to our needs. They also helped us by giving useful recommendations/constacts about other services we needed and it was a real pleasure to deal with them throughout the process!

TrustpilotEverything was fine
Everything was fine. Even though the buyers wanted a huge reduction right at the end. But negotiations gave us a middle ground.

TrustpilotAn estate agent with a huge heart.
Sargeants have been absolutely amazing, during the sale of my flat and in finding us a new place to rent. The staff are lovely- friendly, helpful, communicative and knowledgable. I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, as well as finding them a pleasure to deal with. In an area flooded with estate agents who are far more impersonal, Sargeants really stands out and has the feel of a family business that really cares about doing a good job and building positive relationships. Great attitude and fabulous people!

TrustpilotSargeants. Hard working and lovely people!
The team at Sargeants worked so hard to secure our sale for us! Especially Sally who was constantly on the case making sure the buyer's paperwork got through when they were away on buisness on the other side of the world. They helped us through every step of the process. I would thoroughly recommend selling with sargeants

We bought our home 2 yrs ago from Dean at Sargeants, and the whole process was smooth, well organised and without pressure, during that time we had a few failed attempts on other properties with other agents, Sargeants were by far the best agents we encountered. Thumbs up!

TrustpilotHard working, knowledgeable, honest & professional -very impressed
Very impressed by Dean and his team. The photographs and online descriptions were really high quality, the communication with me was always prompt and accurate, they had in-depth knowledge of the market and a good supply of genuine buyers. I was delighted with the service they delivered from first meeting to a successful sale. They have changed my view of estate agents , I would strongly recommend them.

TrustpilotExcellent service and speedy sale
Excellent service and speedy sale. Only downside was that we didn't achieve our asking price. We would recommend Sargents on all other measures. Dean even helped us with estate agents we were looking to buy from to back up our credentials! Go above and beyond.
