The sale of my families property was not straight forward with all sorts of legal issues as we found out the property had been placed in trust. The auction team were really empathetic and supportive guiding us through the process of selling by auction, kept in touch, and took away alot of the stress and strain. Josh the auctioneer was great. Not the cheapest way to sell a house but it certainly worked for us as Josh worked hard to get the best price possible for our family. Highly recommend.
