We found our first house that we purchased together through Sansome & George and our initial viewing was arranged with Becky who was a pleasure to meet and could not do enough to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable throughout the viewing and negotiation process. We made an offer and Becky kept us always informed up until we reached an agreement with the vendor. At this point, Becky passed the selling and buying process over to Barbara. Having considered ourselves lucky to have dealt with Becky, we quickly realized that Barbara was equally supportive and friendly, as well as totally in control of every minor detail and keeping everyone on track. At times, it seemed that Barbara was working for us just as much as she was for the vendor, chasing up solicitors and answering every little question we threw at her. We always knew that Barbara would be on hand for speedy answers and accurate advice, along with a wicked sense of humour. We did not have a property to sell so we hoped that the buying process would be quick and easy but these matters are always complicated with so many people involved. We are very grateful that we found our house through Sansome & George because Becky and Barbara made the entire process a lot easier and quicker than it might have been if we had been dealing with someone else. A huge thank you to everyone at Sansome & George for helping us to buy our first home together and for keeping us positive when solicitors were dragging their heels and frustration kicked in. An extra special thanks to Barbara who kept us laughing in difficult times, as well as making sure that everyone did what they needed to and kept us calm. We wholeheartedly recommend Sansome & George. Merv

Sansome and George were very professional and efficient. They took time with us and helped with many a query. The staff in office (Barbara) was exceptional when it came to chasing sellers and solicitors . Paul, Lewis and Charlie were always a phone call away and if not in ; always called back. They also explained each stage of the selling and made suggestions about how to sell the house when it had been on for a while , however, you never felt forced into any decisions and they respected what you wanted first and foremost . Hopefully we will never be moving again but if we did it would definitely be with these guys.

We recently sold our house through Sansome and George. The whole team were fantastic. From the initial valuation and preparation of the sale literature etc by Charlie, to arranging viewings through the team, agreeing a sale with the buyer and Barbara progressing the sale after we accepted an offer, we were impressed with the regular communication and professional but friendly attitude throughout. We were also pleased with the deal put forward on fees which tied in the services of Ferriday and Alder removals who moved us 200 miles to our new home. Paul and the team got everything packed up and moved efficiently and without breakages. We would definitely recommend Sansome and George to anyone looking to move home. Thanks to everyone involved.

We sold our house with Sansome and George back in June and the service we received was great from start to finish. From our first meeting with Charlie who explained how the process would work and answered all the questions we had we felt confident we had made the right decision selling through them. The whole team we dealt with including Anthony, Paul and Barbara were wonderful, as were the agents Becky and Lewis that were there to show potential buyers around the property. We were pleased the sale went through quickly and without any major issues; and would like to thank Barbara for her helpful in making this happen, her quick response to our emails and calls were really appreciated. House valuation good , sold quickly great. Just annoying when I had to go back up to estate agents twice with an another legal copy of something, because they said they hadn’t received. I had already handed it in to them, and member of staff remembered too.

First class service from start to finish. Their contract and pricing were clear. All the sales and post sales staff were knowledgeable, effective, efficient and friendly. The brochure/website photos and text were so good, they made me want to buy my own house!
