GoogleThe whole team at Sansom and George have been fantastic from start to finish. Paul come to value my property and Lewis tirelessly showed vendors round until we received an offer. Barbara then went on to tirelessly offer a fantastic, personal service and was always available by telephone for the many questions/issues we had. We have now exchanged and are looking forward to a new chapter thanks to the help of the Sansom and George Team. Would highly recommend.

GoogleI’ve used Sansome &George before, so 25 years later, whilst we did check out the competition, there was no other choice than them. From the start to the finish, it’s been a thoroughly professional, completely delightful experience. They sold two houses not one ( my partner and I were moving in together) and from the smiling and knowledgeable first approach, the high integrity of the process throughout, with everyone we had contact with, right through to bring handed over to ‘Barbara the Lioness’, who treats the vendor and the purchaser ( two in our case), as her cubs, fiercely protective over every part of the process to the benefit of all. Holding those to account that need to be, she brooks no deviation from the goal, which is to see the sale through to a happy outcome for all. A ‘secret weapon’ no less. Both sales completed on the same day, a marvellous example of a team working so well together, and competent, experienced people in charge. What more could you want from an estate agent. I really truly do recommend a Sansome & George.

GoogleAs a first time buyer, Charlie was great at showing us the property & Barbara has been amazing at informing us with updates, chasing and generally being there when we need her assistance. This process wouldn't of been so smooth if it wasn't for her and also her calming first time buyer nerves. We will never forget how amazing Sansome and George have been especially after a negative experience with another estate agent. Thank you!!!

Google11 months after accepting an offer on our property we finally moved in January of this year. Charlie was with us every step of the way and helped us find the right property for our family and supported us through the process. Our chain ended up being long and painful but wow did Barbara work hard to get it over the line. Barbara was so dedicated and determined and went above and beyond time and time again! Without Barbara our chain would not have completed. Thank you S&G!

GoogleSansome and George/Neville Turner are poles apart from any other Estate agents. They really do stand out from the crowd in every way possible. Their staff are not only helpful, they are articulate, knowledgeable and friendly. They go above and beyond and do it genuinely. They want to avoid bidding wars too and this for us was a breath of fresh air. They understand that they are dealing with real people with real lives and it isn't just a property game. Their sales negotiator Barabara Legg is second to none! She helped us immensely even at the bottom end of the chain where her involvement should have stopped. She could see our agents weren't pulling their fingers out and I know, if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't be in our new property now! She is an absolute assest to your company and I cannot commend her enough along with Ben Tate. Keep up the good work!

GoogleI was the executor for a friend who died and had to deal with the sale of his flat. His solicitor put me in touch with Sansome and George. I found the agency to be extremely helpful in dealing with the sale. My friend's flat, to put in mildly, was not in the best of conditions, but nevertheless I believe that Sansome and George achieved the best result possible.

GoogleSold at the asking price (revised, at my request), so really happy with that. Also, Sansome & George acknowledged a couple of description edits, and their pictures made my flat justice. Really happy with that too. My flat was advertised in the premium section, which was good too. On the constructive side: - I felt at some stage that Sansome & George wanted a quick sale, when they suggested me to lower my asking price by £25K. Ultimately, a £10K proved sufficient. - I did feel a fair amount of pressure not to tie my sale with my purchase, while my circumstances had changed enough to allow me to do so without being harmful to the sale (we are talking a few working days' delay). I would have certainly appreciated more consideration in that aspect.
