GoogleVery friendly and responsive compared to other letting agents. They also honour all viewings that have been booked, so you don't worry about a property being let before you've had a chance to view it. Nicole was especially helpful. I'd definitely use them again.

GoogleI have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. I would highly recommend Paul, Georgee, Nicole & most recently Leah who have been personable and helpful throughout my tenancy. I rented through another agency before moving over with S & G and the experience I had with that agency was night and day with this one. Keep up the good work S & G and sorry to be leaving you!PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI have recently rented out my property in Southcote through Sansome George in Tilehurst and I can't recommend them highly enough. From the moment I spoke with Nicole the Lettings Manager I felt put at ease with her honest but helpful advice and her knowledge of the current laws regarding rentals and all the legislation. After completing paperwork and all the necessary checks I was handed over to Leah the Lettings Negotiator who managed to get 2 asking price offers on my property! Once my tenants moved in Georgee the Property Manager then dealt with any maintenance issues and paperwork going forward and introduced herself from the get go and was on hand for any support or queries moving forward. I have yet to experience the property inspection reports every 6 months but I am rest assured that my property is in good hands and that the team have it all under control. My first rent payment came through and the invoice was very detailed and "idiot proof" for me (was appreciated!). Thank you to the team at S & G for helping me throughout this process and for renewing my faith in lettings agents after a bad experience in the past.

FacebookThe sellers of our house sold through Sansome and George and they made the process as easy for us as I’m sure it was for them. Helyn in particular answered all of our questions quickly and wasn’t pushy on us either! We have also previously rented through Sansome and George and they were very good letting agents.

FacebookI cannot recommend Sansome & George enough. This has been such a roller coaster of a year with so many set backs, including the biggest hurdle of Covid19 pandemic hitting just after we found a buyer for our house. We finally exchanged this week and we are so grateful to the whole team, but especially to Helyn for all her support.

GoogleI wouldn’t recommend this place for sellers neither for buyers. As a buyer looking for property I saw one that has just come up on rightmove . When I called in to book a viewing I was told the offer has been made and they are no longer taking viewings. Later I found out it’s been offered “under the table” to an investor .. to me that is unfair and I’d call it corruption. I don’t think that’s how agencies should work but maybe I’m wrong so you can correct me.
