Brought our new home via Helyn at Sansome and George and have to say that there are no other estate agents like them, Helyn was our communication and go to person for all things to do with the purchase of the property. Without Helyn we would not have been where we are today due to complications. When i come to sell this property and buy another then there is only one company i am going to and that is Sanome and George. Great service.

Sold my house last month with Sansome and George.was not a straightforward move with issues along the way but great service by the agents, especially when things started to go wrong. Really pushed at the end when the chain was about to fall apart again and helped us get it through and completed. Always able to get hold of them. Happy to recommend. Thanks Barbara, Helyn and the teamPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Absolutely amazing service and people. My husband and I sold our property through Samsone and George after months of trying with other agents and getting no where. The team are absolutely amazing, from Anthony to James, to Ben and Helyn they have been supportive throughout the process and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great estate agents. We recently bought a property from Sansome & George. We have received excellent service from everyone. Helyn however went out of her way in so many instances; finding solutions, doing research and assisting us in so many ways, going over and beyond to conclude the purchase. What a brilliant person you are, Helyn! Thanks again for your dedication and attention to detail 👏

We were very happy with the service provided by Sansome and George. They were the estate agents for the vendor of our new house and we found them to be very quick to respond, professional and helpful. Barbara was particularly efficient and friendly, so we were very thankful to have her as our main point of contact throughout this process. We would highly recommend Sansome and George to anyone looking to sell in the Tilehurst area!PositiveResponsiveness

I cannot recommend S&G Highly enough. I foolishly went with another VERY local estate agent first, who were absolutely shocking! From my first meeting with Charlie and continued amazing service from Barbara, I cannot fault a thing. They went above and beyond to ensure the smooth sale of my flat and communicated thoroughly at every step of the process. Do not waste your time by even considering another estate agent!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We've used Sansome & George for quite a few years now, I think of Anthony as being part of our business and a great negotiator without being too 'salesy'. For this transaction we had the pleasure of dealing with Barbara for sales progression who was fantastic - very on the ball and incredibly patient and persevering in chasing down useless solicitors! Thank you team for your help, highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have rented & lived in a lovely Victorian property in Reading through S & G for the last 5 years and I can’t recommend them enough in terms of as a tenant. Everything we ever asked for was done with no hassle and service with a smile. I would highly recommend Paul, Georgee, Nicole & most recently Leah who have been personable and helpful throughout my tenancy. I rented through another agency before moving over with S & G and the experience I had with that agency was night and day with this one. Keep up the good work S & G and sorry to be leaving you!PositiveProfessionalism

Very friendly and responsive compared to other letting agents. They also honour all viewings that have been booked, so you don't worry about a property being let before you've had a chance to view it. Nicole was especially helpful. I'd definitely use them again.

Awful service, had a survey booked for today after a 2 week wait. Survey not carried out as Samson & George failed to properly communicate with the current tenants who denied access to the surveyor. The delay will cost thousands of pounds if I now miss the stamp duty holiday as a result.NegativeProfessionalism

Myself & my partner bought our first house together through Sansome George. I would highly recommended them, the viewing was exceptionally undertaken by Lewis Kapp, great spiel and professional manner. Once our offer was accepted we dealt with Helyn, which was very smooth, until we completed the purchase. We'd look to use Sansome George in the future when the time comes to sell-up. I'd recommend them to purchasers and seller alike. Best, Christian & Sophie
