FacebookI want to express my thanks for all the work that Sansome and George people in general, and Helyn Collins, the Sales Progression Manager in particular, have done in progressing the sale of our house.My wife and I have been very impressed with the service and help that we have had from everyone we have met from the Sansome and George office - from the initial discussions about the sale of the property, through the offer process, and especially through the sales progression process to the exchange of contracts.We have found everyone very helpful and patient, with good explanation of the reasons for decisions and actions.We had been ready for exchange since early June, finally achieved on the last day of July: if it had not been for Helyn's chasing and reporting we would not have known what was going on up and down the chain. That was a little bit of sanity in a situation over which we had no control. We were really grateful for all Helyn's updates!Thank you!

FacebookWe just sold through Sansome & George. We had no doubt that our house would sell quickly and it did. We had considered using an online estate agent for this reason, to save some money.. We are very glad we didn't.. S&G got us above asking price, within 5 days.. We had underestimated the value an estate agent adds. From verifying our chain when competing on the next purchase to those little bits of advice on the onward purchase from Anthony.. Helyn seems to get mentioned a lot on these reviews.. She was great. She kept on top of where the transaction was, and was always happy and friendly, even with our budget conveyancer's who never answer the phone. She also represents an additional value from a real estate agent. I would not look anywhere else next time I need an estate agent. Thanks!

Their level of service in all areas is excellent. The lettings team were a joy, when issues arose they were dealt with calmly and competently. The sales guys nailed it in a weekend. It was a thing of beauty to behold. The after sales support was top notch as well.
I do not hesitate in highly recommending all of them. If I ever find myself dealing with property in Reading in future, this will be the company I call.

They were available for our every phone call and question as we viewed, offered on and purchased our new home. Our vendors allowed us access to the home between exchange and completion and S&G happily attended all the appts we requested at the house to get quotes etc. Very friendly - gave us tips on various contractors too.
