Felt like we were kept informed every step of the way and could really trust what we were being told and that our house was in good hands. Special mention to Anthony for hunting down our cat whoβd hidden under a bed after a viewing and Helyn for dealing with my constant chasing when banks/solicitors were holding things up. Huge thank you!!!

Everyone we came into contact with at either the Oxford Road or Tilehurst branch were accommodating, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the buying process. Helyn was particularly helpful once the offer was accepted through to completion. Would highly recommend buying or selling through them.

FacebookCould not recommend this company more! Just purchased my 2nd home from them and what a breeze it was! Charlie was fantastic showing us around a few properties to give us a feel of what our budget could buy us, he was super knowledgeable of not only the property when asking questions but the local area also, there was no pressure in making an offer at any of the viewings I was able to take my time and reflect which really helps as moving is stressful! The other person who was fantastic through my transaction was Helyn, an absolute dream and kept me sane when my sale was rather tricky. Helyn kept me updated throughout and was able to give me help and guidance when needed and was so proactive! I will definitely be using Sansome and George if I ever sell! They found me my dream home! :)

Excellent communication, fast and friendly responses in regards to finding a property, securing it and managing it, as well as being efficient, quick and helpful at fixing problems, with great choices in friendly and knowledgable handymen! Amazing team. Highly recommend!

FacebookI want to express my thanks for all the work that Sansome and George people in general, and Helyn Collins, the Sales Progression Manager in particular, have done in progressing the sale of our house.My wife and I have been very impressed with the service and help that we have had from everyone we have met from the Sansome and George office - from the initial discussions about the sale of the property, through the offer process, and especially through the sales progression process to the exchange of contracts.We have found everyone very helpful and patient, with good explanation of the reasons for decisions and actions.We had been ready for exchange since early June, finally achieved on the last day of July: if it had not been for Helyn's chasing and reporting we would not have known what was going on up and down the chain. That was a little bit of sanity in a situation over which we had no control. We were really grateful for all Helyn's updates!Thank you!
