GoogleDisgraceful agency. We got nothing but lies and ended up moving out of their property after 4 stressful months. Their terrible reputation is well earned. The only reason I gave 1 star is that 0 is not an option.

GoogleErin was great - really patient as we took our time to complete the necessary paperwork. Expecting everything to be great and looking forward to moving into our new flat.

Googleterrible communication, took nearly two months to fix a shower , did not fix other items that required fixing. They charge a ludicrous amount for end of tenancy cleaning but did not provide an invoice to evidence cost. I would not recommend.

GoogleThe application process went quickly and smoothly. Erin was a huge help, she was very kind and approachable with any questions or concerns we had with the process. We look forward to renting from them in the coming months.

GoogleRecently moved into a property run by Grant Property. We have been very impressed with the communication and organisation from Grant during this process. Would definitely recommend Grant Property and will be using them again in the future.

GoogleVery impressed by GP so far. Staff have been really good at communicating and are quick to respond to emails, offer assistance etc unlike some other letting agents. The property we've got is nicely furnished and very good value in a central location, couldn't really ask for more than that!

GoogleGrant Property is the most disorganised and useless what I have ever known, particularly the Dundee branch formed by Deanna, Ellie, Gerhard, Sam. They get access to your property without your consent. This a common practice what they do. They take months to fix any issue you have in your property. I'm still waiting for fixing the intercom after one year. They are unfriendly. This was commented by our neighbour when she called to the agency telling we had a issue with a pipe. Avoid them at all costs. Don't rent flat from Grant Property.

GoogleI am absolutely appalled how bad Grants are. My student daughter is in one of their properties which has been a total disaster from day one Where do I start - broken list as follows = oven, microwave, toaster, furniture, loose floor boards, no heating or water for over 2 weeks and to top it all off RATS in property. Still waiting on reply 're compensation. I have reported to Environmental health etc. I will not settle until they release them from their overpriced contract immediately. As I work with students I have heard similar bad accounts. Disgraceful as students paying a lot if money for this.

GoogleMe and my boyfriend recently moved into our new flat together and Erin has been a great help! She’s been very friendly and even checked in on us in the first week or so of us moving in via email to make sure everything was going okay. We had an issues with windows being jammed and we communicated this and had someone come out the next day to solve this for us which was perfect. Great communication and very happy with the services received!x

GoogleErin (of Grant Property Dundee) did a wonderful job at replying to me promptly and efficiently. Erin was always back in touch within minutes of me contacting the agency by email. When I moved into the property there were some issues but Erin resolved these and when I moved out of the property Erin even offered a helping hand to find somewhere new. Grant Property is a very professional agency.

GoogleCould not fault them. Our process from viewing to signing our lease today was painless. A special shout out to Holly and Erin in particular!! Erin was very accommodating and happy to work for our schedule as my flatmates and I do not currently live anywhere near Dundee. She gave clear, concise, well-informed answers to our questions and made us feel very reassured.

GoogleI’ve recently moved in with Grant Thornton. Holly was really informative when showing me around the flat and Erin was excellent when taking me through the lease paperwork. She always replied promptly to emails and also arranged for some things in the flat to be fixed for me moving in. She also checked in with me in my first week to make sure I had no problems. Great service!

GoogleSo far my experience with Grant property has been good, they are professional and friendly. Customer service is good, our letting negotiator Erin is helpful and happy to assist us with queries. I cannot comment on them as landlords as I have not moved in yet but the experience up to this point has been very smooth.

GoogleHave had no real issues with Grant. They've been good about inspections and checking in to see that the flat is ok. Erin has been our point of contact and has done her job well and has always been easy to contact.

GoogleHaving moved into our new flat for almost a month now I'm very satisfied with the service that Erin and grant property have provided us. All issues that we have had were quickly resolved and any questions that we had were answered in great time. Not to mention that the flat itself is in great condition!

GoogleNothing but complaints from my partner about the service from Grant Property. The video sent to the flatmates on moving out included ridiculous deductions on their deposits because of "crumbs on carpet" and "soap marks on the shower walls" which the flatmates scrubbed by hand. Having gone through uni myself I have experience with other companies who were outstanding from fixing things promptly to giving a full deposits back without scamming the students using some deduction picked from thin air. Should've warned them about Grant Property's reputation before they moved in but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unimpressed.

GoogleOur application process went as fast as it could and Erin was a great help during the whole thing as being a first time tenant through an agency I had a lot of questions. Very friendly approach to their clients and a warm welcoming little shop in Dundee too. The only downfall was that during some of our flat viewings the staff were late/forgot the keys or a no show. So would be nice to be kept in contact. I am yet to move in with grant property but I can’t imagine there will be any issues!

GoogleBeen with Grant Property for just over a year now. Had a few significant issues with the 3-bed property when we moved in but thankfully these were sorted out. Grant ensures we have regular inspections of gas, electricity and fire alarms, which keeps those services up to date. The majority of our help has been from Erin, who has been very helpful, but staff are always welcoming whenever we visit the branch. Overall, besides a few issues at move-in, Grant have been a good letting agent.
