GoogleI am currently in the process of moving from one Grant Property flat in Edinburgh to another, and so far everything has been very professional. Any issues with the flat are dealt with very quickly and all the staff are very helpful. As one of the previous reviewers said, GP seem to be trying very hard to solve some of the issues plaguing the Scottish rental market. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy letting agent!

GoogleI have rented flats with Grant twice now. Both times, they were quick to respond to emails and arrange viewings. Their system for 'reserving' a flat while you fill out the necessary paperwork is efficient and does not leave you nervously wondering whether you still have a chance at the flat you want, unlike every other agency I came across - with Grant, you either have it or you don't. They're honest and upfront with you. When I moved out of the first flat I rented with them, I was worried about the deposit, because I'd heard rumors that agencies tend to take a lot of money out of people's deposits. This was not the case at all with Grant. They barely took anything out, and what they did take, they explained to us. Honestly, this is a reliable and trustworthy agency. I'm glad to be renting another Grant Property flat, because I know from experience that they're kind people. If you're a student like me, consider renting from Grant.

GoogleVery professional, friendly, and helpful. They get things done on time and well, the flat was in great condition when we moved in and they arrange for contractors quickly if needed. They also treat students with respect, which is important as many other agencies unfortunately don’t do the same.

GoogleGreat lettings managers. We moved from abroad and they efficiently helped us through the paperwork. After acquisition, they were quick to respond and help us with any arising concerns. GoogleWe arranged a few viewings with Grant Property in Glasgow. One of the viewings had to be cancelled (no fault of their own) and we were informed immediately via text and email. Cheryl arrived promptly for our viewings and was approachable, helpful and honest about the properties we viewed. She also took us to see other properties in the area during the slot which was cancelled, giving us a better idea of the range they had available. Thank you!

GoogleThere are only a few good things I can say about grant properties after a year of enduring a tenancy with them. I really would not recommend any student to rent with them. They do get contractors out quickly to assess any faults, and reply to any issues in the flat quickly. That is all the good I can say for them. Initially when I moved in the flat was in a horrible state and the previous tenant was only charged £30. On departure of our flat we hired a professional cleaning company ( as the one Grant recomended never got back to us) to do an end of tenancy clean. Despite leaving the place very clean we were each charged £75 for “cleaning”. Many items on our end of tenancy report were falsly reported and when emailed about items specifically they were removed but no appology was given for the initial charges. Despite many long emails and phone calls to the Glasgow office I had no reply for 3 weeks regarding my issues with the move out report. Finally after a month received a reply saying it was out of their hands. I think this is unacceptable as they had not read or replied to any of my emails and still charged us for “cleaning”. I am outraged by the process and will never recommend anyone to let from them due to my awful experiences.

GoogleSo unorganised. Was forced to wait outside a property that I was going to view for over 20 mins for a 5 minute viewing. Staff was unhelpful and uninformed about the property. Also wanted to charge a non-refundable deposit for the flat in question.

GoogleFlat was in excellent condition and was extremely pleased with the location and price Staff were very helpful and quick with answering emails and phone calls and the process of signing the lease felt very secure and I was well informed of anything I needed to know about the flat beforehand
