GoogleJason from Alligator responded very quickly to my initial e mail query. I must admit I felt much more comfortable dealing with a local company than the London based call centre which other storage company's seem to use. The quote was competitive, and the sign up process was quick and trouble free with everything clearly explained.We were able to look at different sized units to decide what best suited our needs. Security looks excellent.

GoogleFrom the time I walked into the office of Alligator in Bolton, the warm and friendly atmosphere, the office Manager Steve's straight forward and pleasant attitude immediately put me at ease. Options were discussed, plans made very clear, contracts explained, termination of contract was also made very very clear, area and storage rooms were shown. Accessibility, out of hrs access, everything about Alligator was pleasant. Well done keep up the good work. Bertie

GoogleMoving house at any time is always a stressful time. But when one is downsizing from a large five bedroomed house, full of all sorts of items gathered over a decade, to a two bedroomed apartment, stress takes on a whole new dimension! Such was my case. But when I walked into the office of Alligator in Bolton I knew instantly that many of my problems were about to be solved. The warm and friendly atmosphere, the office Manager Steve's willingness to listen to my problems and help me with simple and workable solutions, immediately put me at ease. Nothing was too much for Alligator. he walked us through a number of options and helped us settle on one that was most suitable to US in the first instance, and flexible to suit any changes in our plans. Now, with a major problem sorted we can focus on other issues in a much less stressful manner. I highly recommend Alligator for all Self Storage needs and commend them for their warm, personalised approach, and in particular for their willingness to listen and help with my problems, above their desire to 'sell' their services. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish. An initial e mail enquiry followed by a swift response from Alligator at Bolton. Everything including facts & figures expalined over the phone, followd up by an invite to visit and pick our storage area size/ Returned on the day we wanted to take up the storage and it was a simply sorted there and then. Value for money and excellent service, well worth it for out house move!

GoogleI rang round a few storage places to check prices and so on, but found Alligator to be the most economic and flexible in terms of the space I needed and the period of space hire. I would thoroughly recommend them for their friendly and helpful service.

GoogleThe service from the Bolton centre was fantastic. A very easy process which was explained very well by Karishma whose customer service was exemplary. I made a quick email enquiry the night before after being quoted a higher price elsewhere and received a phone call first thing the next day. A very good service and one I shall be recommending to friends.

GoogleWe turned up at the Alligator Mill and were warmly welcomed by Stephen , who explained in full, the way the self storage worked and advised us as to which storage space size would be best for our needs. It was good to look around and to see the "demo" space to give an idea of the size of the Units. It all seemed very clean, tidy, efficient and we came away confident that the contents of our home would be safe and secure within storage --- for as long as we needed. We were very impressed with the Mill and the customer service that we received was exemplary.

GoogleAfter going first to Alligator’s competitors across town who we thought were a little expensive & not very straight forward with what we required, we turned up at Alligator Mill Bolton & were very pleased with the uncomplicated & very welcoming manor of Steve on reception, who then visually showed us what we might need so that we could choose for ourselves, then showed us the actual unit. After giving us all the info we reserved the unit straight away. Much more competitive & such a good deal. Perfect. We would recommend them to friends & family
