GoogleThe service was the best I have had in a long time. Peter who I primarily dealt with was brilliant, extremely friendly and professional throughout, I dealt with Martin a little bit who also came across as similar to Peter. During a tough and stressful time it was an extremely easy process where the excellent customer service helped throughout (right when it was needed). All the terms were made clear from the beginning and there has been nothing I haven't been told about. I downgraded the size of unit from what I originally booked and there was zero sales pressure to be put into a larger one which I appreciated, and as mentioned the two staff members mentioned were great at ensuring I got just what I needed and I wasnt wasting money. Cant thank them both enough especially Peter since he was who I was primarily dealing with.
Thank you ever so kindly for your review and rating of our Poole staff and facility. The team there really do go our of the way to provide the best customer service they can and it always very appreciated to hear kind words from our customers to reflect that. Once again, thank you.
