GoogleThey keep spam calling my number asking for Susan. Despite the fact I have stated to them multiple times that she dose not exist and to stop calling me!

Hi, Thanks for your email & comments made. I've checked our Swanley Centre & they had two 'Susan's' who enquired for storage in the date range before your feedback. One number didn't work & the other one they left a few voicemails but didn't make contact with anyone. All our calls are automatically recorded & all we have recordings of are voicemails being left. If an enquiry answers & tells us the number isn't correct we delete it immediately so no further calls are made. Usually if a customer enquires with a 'fake' number with Safestore they also enquire elsewhere too so I suspect that you had calls from multiple different companies. GoogleVisited the store a few weeks back and was greeted by Lisa. Very welcoming, polite and helpful throughout my visit. Would definitely visit again and recommend to others.

GoogleIt's a storage unit. Great prices, lovely staff and if it's available you can even rent 24 hour access where they give you a key fob and codes for the gate (you must remember to lock up yourself). We wanted a 24hr lockup which wasn't available for a couple of weeks, so they gave us an office hour lockup in the mean time but as soon as 24hr was available they moved us into it, also while we had the office hour one they did not charge us the extra premium which was nice! Lovely! I highly recommend this place.
