GoogleI will not be using Safestore again. Twice in one week I had to interact with the same customer service representative who was incredibly rude. I arrived at reception only to have to wait in the car for ten minutes because the door was closed. When I mentioned this she snapped back “when I am the only person on today and I have 800 customers to take of not just you”

Googlethe girl at the front desk with Eastern European accent is very very rude has no manners at all how to talk to customers. I went to speak and make a good deal but the way she dealt with me was very bad I would definitely won't go there ever again

GoogleChris and his team were Brill!! They were very polite and professional. The store was ideal and just what I needed. It was easily accessible, clean and, obviously, secure. GoogleJust ended a 4 month storage with the Team at Fort Kinnaird, our second in two years. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone and the space was perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back!!!
