GoogleThis branch is probably THE best one compared to others that I've dealt with. I initially reserved a storage with another branch in London but I needed something cheaper as I'm having to move so suddenly. The best thing about this customer service experience for me was, the lovely Keira emailed me to confirm which branch I wanted to store my belongings in; and having a phone conversation with Darren to make sure I needed the right space. He went through every detail with me. They both made me comfortable throughout my application process, Darren explained every detail thoroughly and was also kind enough to provide removal companies for myself. Excellent customer service & I'll definitely recommend this branch.

GoogleStored here for over two years. The staff have been excellent, always helpful and very professional. They suffer a staff rotation but whoever’s there has always been outstanding and the service level never declines. I run a business from the store and am notified about deliveries within minutes of them arriving and I would highly recommend them as a store

GoogleI run a business from the Safe Store over 2 years. The previous management was ok but now under Mimi management is excellent . They deserve 10 stars. Always I'm getting a notification of deliveries within minutes. They provide very professional service in kindly manners. Highly recommended
