GoogleWouldn't use again, made a block booking of 4 weeks, only really needed 7 to 10 days. Paid for the full 4 weeks. No problem's. But then when I went to hand back the fob told I need to give 2 weeks notice for a block booking of 4 weeks. My notice is the fact I booked and paid for the 4 weeks I wanted at the beginning. And started several times I didn't even need the full 4 weeks it was just the minimum booking I could make. So apparently they sign you up to an ongoing contract and set up direct debits despite you making a booking for the time you need. Avoid if possible, it a bait and switch style company that prays on being vague.

Googleabsolutely amazing place, as i am only 20 i have never had experience with needing a storage unit or anything like it, was unsure what I'd need and for when, staff were amazing over the phone, knew exactly what I'd need without even seeing them in person, when I got there again, amazing staff, so friendly and made the process so easy for me, by far best place to go, would never look anywhere else now, overall amazing experience and one of the easiest things I've ever had to do

GoogleSafestore at Poole is well kept, clean and tidy. Many different sizes of units, just the size you need. There is plenty of parking and access for large and small vehicles all effortless. All is helped along by the wonderful staff who are very helpful and fun.

GoogleI have great customer service. This was my first time using safe storage. The manager of the fort kinnaird branch has been absolutely amazing and extremely helpful and accommodating during this stressful period of moving house. Due to my experience I would certainly use this branch again and will be high recommending friends and family. The manager is really doing a fantastic job and hope this is noticed.
