GoogleSo far so good. Jamie's been very helpful when I phoned several times to get my storage organised. It's a good location and the facility feels secure, warm & dry. My only criticism might be the charging policy which seems over complicated but overall I feel it is not bad value and a very good service.

GoogleExcellent service and very easy to set up online and pop down and purchase on the day completing all paperwork in about 10-15 minutes. Very easy and great helpful staff to make sure everything works perfectly. Whole process explained fully and in great detail. Shown to your unit and if there are any issues there are staff on site to help if you need them.

GoogleSafestore Swanley is staffed by very pleasant young people who take pride in their work and are professional, polite and knowledgeable. I dealt with Danny mainly who was a pleasure to speak to. I was able to obtain storage at relatively short notice. They are more expensive than other storage facilities in Swanley but are based in a more convenient location with the storage units all being inside the building whereas elsewhere the storage units were outside. The facility itself appears clean and modern.

GooglePretty easy to store stuff there, everything worked as it should. The staff were nice and helpful. There are cheaper storage options out there, but wasn't as convenient and secure looking as this. Late access Thursday night and open all weekend. We managed to squeeze a 4 bedroom house contents into 150sqft.
