GoogleFabulous storage facility in Burnley, Lancs. Spotlessly clean units, freshly painted and well maintained building. VERY helpful staff, and excellent value for money (compared to other companies in the area). Really happy with the service I received when I opened a new storage unit in April 2024. Knowledgeable staff who advised on right size of unit for my stock. Invoices sent each month so I know exactly when my payment will be taken (via direct debit) and plenty of onsite parking space. Cannot fault it at all. BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE 😀

GoogleVery easy to set up and use, key fob entry, felt secure and safe. The first two months were at a discounted rate, rising significantly after that - the cost felt like good value rather than excellent value - hence 4 stars out of 5
Thanks for your feedback, Charles! We're glad to hear that you found it easy to set up and felt secure with the key fob entry. We appreciate your thoughts on the pricing and totally get where you're coming from. Your input helps us improve, so thanks for sharing! Take care Paul!

GoogleGreat service and a godsend whilst getting various works done at home. I couldn’t have done this without a safe place to put my belongings and easy to access my unit when needed. Nothing has been damaged (very likely had I tried to work around these at home) and completely worth the cost for absolute peace of mind. Great location and a helpful & friendly team on site.
Thanks, Mandy! So glad to hear our service was a lifesaver during your home renovations. It's awesome to know your belongings were safe and easily accessible. Appreciate the shoutout for our team too! Enjoy your peace of mind, take care Paul

GoogleMade an enquiry on their website for a price, they followed up with a call from the branch we'd be dealing with to see if we needed more info. I went in to see them and was shown a storage space but when she looked up the computer there was a slightly bigger room for a quid less, so no brainer. Booked it for a week while had our living room decorated took out contents insurance to cover £4000 and signed up. Only downside is that they charge a rental of £13.90 for a padlock, that's why only 4 stars. Surely a place called Safestore would include a padlock for storage security. Overall though, good experience.
Thanks for the feedback, Jim! It’s great to hear that you had a positive experience with our team and that they helped you find the perfect storage space. We appreciate you choosing Safestore and hope your decorating goes smoothly, take care Paul.
