She was very helpful and gave me some excellent advice and she really has helped me a lot today. Credit to your staff. You have a gem with this lady.

GoogleThe staff at Safestore in Burnley have been kind, helpful and efficient right from the start. For different reasons I had to change the specifications of what we were going to put into storage a few times. Every time the staff were helpful and patient, responding quite promptly to our enquiries via email. On the day I arrived to place our items into storage the member of staff on site was very helpful as well. Instead of feeling stressed and anxious, I left feeling accomplished. I would definitely recommend Safestore in Burnley.

GoogleUsed this service to store my 2 bed house contents and double garage contents, easy access for a large removal van round the back and you can ask for ground floor storage to make things easier. They can provide a lock and keys if you need, plus trolleys to make the process easier on you! They're open early morning and sometimes late, with flexible contracts for payment. Lovely service, friendly and efficient staff who will work with you to make sure you get the right space you need.
