GoogleMonday the 19th may I called into safestorage in swanley to reserve a unit. I spoke with a young gentleman called Danny who was very cooperative and knowledgeable on all questions that I asked ,he was only too happy to show me various unit sizes so I could decide on which one that would be best for me! The other young gentleman Phil also helped me with various quotes and helped me decide on the best deal for me. There was no pressure to sign up for anything. I would highly recommend them both 😀 Thanks guys for all your time and help and patience it was very much appreciated. Kind regards Donna Hayden 😀😀😀

GoogleExcellent service from the Safestore team (both Kasia and her colleague whose name I regretably didn't note down but he was excellent). They were both very helpful over the phone, over email and in person. Big thanks to you both. It made quite a stressful house move that little bit easier. Would strongly recommend.

GoogleFrom booking to using this site the staff are very polite and helpful. There are plenty of trollies etc. All the site is clean and when I turn up they always show respect, that makes you feel a valued customer.

GoogleVery helpful, friendly staff. Pre-booked a unit needed for house move but due to initial sale falling through had to keep extending the date required. Staff were very accommodating and Mike especially really looked after us. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleMy partner and I had a great experience with Safestore Colchester, and we especially want to give a shoutout to Jo for their fantastic service. Right from our first enquiry, Jo was super friendly, really knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help us find the perfect unit. Their clear communication and genuinely helpful attitude made everything so much easier and a lot less stressful. The facility itself is clean, secure, and really easy to get to - everything was exactly as promised. It’s clear they really care about their customers. Big thanks to both Jo and Nick for making us feel like our stuff was in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!
