GoogleHad a very hard job trying to find the store.No sign posts, ect. Sat nav sent me round the back to the stores which wasn’t where I needed to be
We appreciate your perspective. We’re sorry that the lack of signposting and inaccurate sat nav directions made finding our Poole store difficult. We’ll review how our location information is communicated.

GoogleVery easy to navigate and all on one floor. A lovely lady named Linda introduced us to the space. She had amazing mermaid hair. Grateful for the Safestore discounts too!

GoogleRosie and Linda were so incredibly helpful today when we realised we were going to need more space than we had planned! Rosie got us set up with another unit and we were then able to put the rest of our belongings away safely. Thank you so much- I would highly recommend using SafeStore!

GoogleI visited the Colchester store today and met the team Nick,Jo and Olly before I spoke to anyone I was offered a tea or coffee I thought was very nice really impressed with overall condition of the building very clean and tidy the team were really friendly and professional answered all the questions I had I will be back when ready to move thanks again
