We are disappointed to see your 1 star review for us considering we have been dealing with matters you have been reporting to us and spent time liaising with the relevant contractor and the landlord and trying to reach a resolve to suit you. We are still in the process of trying to resolve the matter as your landlord initially refused to replace a functioning fridge due to a noise it is making but as you have expressed your issue with this, we are still seeking to reach an amicable resolve. We feel that considering the time we have spent on this matter and the communications we have been having with relevant parties, and considering the decision you require is not ours to make, it is the landlords, it seems unfair that the 1 star review reflects on us when we have had no control over the outcome. We fail to understand what more we could have done, or are still doing, to get a more favourable outcome and apologise that you feel otherwise.
