GooglePossibly the most dire excuse for an office. Do not have any expectations other than to have a desk and chair. Everything about this place is unprofessional from the inferior WiFi, engineering works carries out during the day to the fake security cameras and rubbish security policy.

Google0 stars. If you desire to waste your time this is the right agency for you! The reception staff is Still trying to find out the way to learn how to book an appointement. A teAm of the best cambridge researchers is starting a new study on this really rare uman specie of reception staff members in this company.

We do on occasion have new staff in training but ensure they work closely with experienced staff and our reception team really care about their roles and the service they provide so your comments have been taken seriously. GoogleAbsolutely dismal service from Leane Doust. She asked me to travel all the way to London from Nottingham, only to give a pathetic excuse about why she did not have the keys for me to view the property. This was after I had called to confirm my appointment. She could not even be bothered to apologise or rearrange another viewing.

Dear Jamie, We are sorry to see you have left a negative review. We have investigated and note that we initially explained that although we believed we should have the keys available on the day in question we did not know what time they would come back to us and we would call as soon as we had them. You mentioned having other properties to view so that would be fine. They were returned to us after 3pm and we called you to offer an evening viewing but you stated that you were already on the train home and that you would like a virtual tour. When we called you the following day you said you had decided to proceed with another property that you had viewed so did not require anything further. We can only apologise for any miscommunication you feel led to this misunderstanding. Thank you SAB

Thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine - 5 starts for the weather, 1 star for your professionalism today. Giving 2 starts since it has been pleasant experience in the past.

We have dedicated viewing staff who endeavour to follow their schedule promptly and if unable to do so they will contact people in advance to advise if they are running late. We can only put this one down to human error as your appointment was missed without communication to you and we are greatly apologetic for this. We are pleased you have noted that it has not been the usual standard of service we provide as you had dealt with us previously. GoogleI was renting out a property via Saint Andrews Bureau for four years and had a very good experience. GoogleReally happy with the service i received at SAB, the staff are super friendly and very efficient. I would definitely consider using them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends and family. There were no hidden fee's as everything was explained very professionally, i felt i was in safe hands.

Googlefirst of all , they did not reply to my email to book a viewing on Regent street. After ringing , i managed to book a Saturday viewing which the person conducting the viewing came 30 mins late with the wrong key. managed to re-book on Monday after chasing them for a booking. later that Monday the lady who conducted the viewing also came with the wrong key. she promised to call me back when they sorted out the key/issue but till this present day i have not received a email or call from SAB (never did through the whole time i chased them up). see i purposely said nothing nasty or rude just letting the facts judge this agency lack of customer service.
