Went there once. Lift on our floor didn't work, toilet on our floor didn't work, coffee machine on our floor didn't work. Plus they aren't dog friendly, which is very rare in London, and no one I spoke to could explain to me why.NegativeQuality

Lots of free to use office space inside. There are also lots of cafe shops and food places very close. 1 minute casual walk from Liverpool Street Station. Free to use in central London has to be good. And l know because l have been there. Check it out. Free

Unfortunately this Spaces lacks natural daylight in the majority of coworking areas, which I appreciate is symptomatic of working in a highly built up location like Liverpool Street. Access to tea and coffee making facilities would make a big difference as not everyone wants to pay for overpriced hot drinks in the cafe. It could improve.

Pros- great location, close to the station. Good break out spaces (when you're allowed in and not kicked out for 'filming'), reasonable sized private offices, front desk staffed most of the day, cleaners are good, nice decor Cons - very limited bike storage, no extra spaces for bikes in July before people have returned to the office after lockdown. (also reeks of urine everyday- don't let guests come with bikes). Aircon is constantly broken, small problems take weeks to get fixed, no microwaves (!?) in the kitchen and not allowed. Perhaps a good starter office or if you need in-between space for a couple of months

The first month in the apartment I rented from this letting agency was a nightmare. When I moved in I received an apartment which was very dirty. The carpet, mattress and living room furniture were dirty and with an awful odor about them. The refrigerator gave a stench of rotten food. There was building dust in the kitchen trapped behind the counters. They refused to assist with this. These issues were not reflected in the inventory of the move as they avoided acknowledging them and instead said the state of the apartment was "professionally clean" which was evidently a dishonest misrepresentation of its actual state.

We are very concerned to read such a review as it does not reflect our standard practices. New tenants are given an opportunity to carry out a check-in process which involves a condition report which the tenant can fully control to add their own comments and photos, and this document is then saved for the checkout. We endeavour to ensure all properties are fully cleaned and ready for occupancy (although depending on the contract we have with the landlord, there are occasions where the landlord arranges this). The purpose of encouraging new tenants to add photos of any areas of concern is to ensure a fair interpretation of the condition at the start of the tenancy which can then be used at the end of the tenancy Check Out. That said, any cleaning issues that may have been overlooked we would always endeavour to get remedied promptly. We have been unable to determine which tenancy this relates to so we encourage a formal complaint to be made to us directly.

Sab is a textbook example of an agency that puts their own interests so far above the tenants that you cant help but feel violated by them after they scramble for every penny they can possible squeeze out of you. Frankly my advice to anyone reading this review is to actually listen and avoid interacting with this scam of an agency entirely.

We are always saddened to read a review such as this. Firstly, when we do a checkout this is on behalf of the landlord and documentation is used such as the inventory and condition report that was done at the start of the tenancy, and this is used for comparison to determine any differences noted at the checkout. When we obtain a quote or an invoice for cleaning, we can assure you that the exact amount charged by the contractor is the exact amount directly deducted from the deposit. SAB receives nothing in this situation and do not charge for our time when we must arrange for quotes and for cleaning etc to be done. Therefore, to claim that SAB are putting our own interests above the tenants is an unfair remark as SAB in no way benefit from a deposit deduction. Secondly by law a tenant’s deposit is protected and deductions can only be made with agreement to do so, otherwise should a landlord and tenant not mutually agree a deposit deduction then a third-party adjudicator can be used. We understand in this situation a dispute was raised about the proposed deductions which the landlord was requesting, and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme adjudicator made an award based on the evidence that was supplied. On that basis the deposit deductions that were made were decided upon by an independent adjudicator and deemed lawful and correct by the deposit protection agency. These deductions were paid to the landlord in lieu of invoices relating to the property. Situations such as this are time consuming for us as an agency and the cost of our time is not covered by any party so if anything this situation was at our cost and certainly not to our gain. Considering we abide by The Tenant Fees Act 2019 and tenant deposit protection legislation, as well as the many other rules and regulations that govern our industry, we fail to understand why we would be accused of being a scam agency.

I lived in the properties 1 year 5 months ago. Came back to update the review as 3 stars is not what I now think overall. Not impressed with this estate agent. Staff are not helpful and when a problem was reported it did not always get passed onto the workman by the reception staff. They just want your money and will do their best to charge you for whatever they can. It was a bad experience when leaving the property and an experience I wanted to forget and move on.

We are always saddened to see any negative review. We can see this tenancy ended almost 2 years ago and according to our records the tenants did not dispute any charges from their deposit and there was no formal in house complaint raised with us. We feel it is important to note these facts: 1) Any charges in relation to a property are collected by SAB but not a payment made to us for our benefit. We follow the instructions of the landlord and then liaise between the landlord and tenants. As such, we are often not able to instruct contractors to carry out work without express permission from a landlord as it is not our money that covers the costs, but the landlords. 2) Every deposit is protected and therefore the tenant must always agree to deductions prior to finalising a deposit. SAB have always been in support of this deposit protection so much so that we became members of the TDS scheme two years before it became mandatory in legislation. 3) We have an in-house complaints procedure, and should a complainant not be satisfied we are a member of The Property Ombudsman which will ensure that any complaint we can not resolve will be dealt with by an independent body. We therefore feel saddened as we receive a negative review using such statements which to us feels unfair when as a whole we have teams working hard to ensure applicants, tenants and landlords are looked after to a high standard.

I have used St Andrews Bureau to manage my rental property for over 10 years. During that time a professional and responsive service has been provided and my property has always been let out very quickly between tenancies. For the past two years Conor Jackson from St Andrews Bureau has been dealing with the letting and management of the property and he has gone out of his way to deal with any issues that arise, As a Landlord I can recommend St Andrews Bureau, particularly if you can get Conor Jackson as your allocated property manager.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I have been a tenant for last three years at a property managed by SAB. Connor Jackson is my property manager. He alongside SABs support team has been an incredible support. Their response time was almost immediate especially in couple of emergencies including plumbing & gas issues. Very approachable & transparent in the dealings. Have thoroughly enjoyed their support. Thank you

The worst office I have ever worked in. No functioning Air Con and no microwaves in communal areas. There is always 'someone coming to fix' the Air Con but it never gets sorted. Now it is the hottest week of the year and paying tenants are suffocating in the stuffiness. Awful. Pay a bit more and go to WeWork...NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
