I recently purchased my first BTL property through RW Invest and i have to say that the process from start to finish was handled in the most professional way. Joffe Bradley helped me find this property which ticked all the right boxes as per my criteria. Once the offer had been accepted Chloe Walker took care of all my requirements, from co-ordinating with both sides of solicitors and keeping me updated on status of the property on regular basis. She would share latest images of the project and provide all development updates regularly. She made the whole process so easy for me as a first time buyer. Highly recommended!

Totally satisfied with the service I received from RWInvest. The gentleman in sales who helped me through the process was very friendly, accomodating and had provided me with all the information I needed. He was in touch with me regularly - even way after the sales had completed - via phone call or email to answer all my questions and concerns. He also never pressured me. The aftersales team had also been brilliant. They were very accessible, helpful and was regularly in touch with me to provide updates. RWInvest will definitely be my first port of call when I decide to invest again.

Excellent and personalised customer service from start to finish. Lee Blackie made the purchasing super easy. I was a first time investor and put my trust in him to work in my best interests, securing the most effective deal. Chloe Walker was very helpful at the next stage and took the time to check in regularly via email and by telephone, answering queries thoroughly and effectively. I certainly would not have invested without Lee's support and guidance and can't rate him and Chloe highly enough.

My experience with RWinvest has been good so far. In particular the dealing with Lewis McKibbin. Lewis organised to take me to view property that I had purchased through RWinvest. Lewis ensured that I had all the information for the meet up and during the viewing, he took time to show me all around the property. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in ensuring clients are happy.

The investment experience with RW-Invest was impeccable, the staff answered every question, kept me appraised of developments/updates and explained all avenues of the investment-process. It was my first investment in off-plan but thanks to Ben and the team @RWinvest Liverpool my investment in the 'The Summit' was (retrospectively) trouble-free.I would highly recommend talking to a member of this team if you're interested in this kind of investment.
