We were able to purchase an Appartement at The Summit only thanks to one person, namely Ryan Dunning, Property Investment Consultant at RWinvest. Indeed, it was our first experience of this kind, and were then relaying on professional advice of different people at different stages of the process. Ryan was the only one who, even after the stage of his responsibility, kept in touch with us, to ensure that we successfully get through every stage until the completion. The last stage was at high risk, as the mortgage funds were still not available, and Ryan was again there for us, as he came on rescue to tell us what we have to do. We highly appreciated his professionalism, dedication, patience and availability along the whole process. In short, without him we would not have been able to get successfully through the process. He then deserves to get a 5* from us

Rachael from the Care team provided us with excellent service, following up frequently both the developers solicitors and our own solicitors to ensure we exchanged within the timelines. The main reason for taking off a star is because dealing with the sales team prior to being handed off to the Care team was stressful. There was a constant sense of urgency and needing to make a decision right away else you will miss out.

Overall it has been a satisfactory experience with RW team in terms of purchasing a off plan flat. I am still right at the beginning of the process and still a long way to go to complete the purchase. Lewis Sweeting was very helpful and had lot patience to take me around to the site and show a flat by the same developer. Lewis Francis & Chloe Walker did a brilliant job in answering all our questions especially in the background of economic chaos and uncertainty. Very helpful but at the same time not being pushy. Daniel Stewart has made few other doubts clear to us before we made a final decision. Overall it's an excellent team at RW. Hope it all goes well.

I have just gone through the first stages (up to exchange of contract) in the purchase of a buy-to-let property in the UK with RWInvest and as a non-resident. Parliament Square buy to let site visit…

We visited our studio flat buy to let this week at the Parliament Square development in Liverpool, courtesy of Kallum from RW Invest. The flat is close to completion and we were impressed with the finish and views and overall quality of the development. We also asked to visit the showpiece block C and Spa and residents’ bar at the top of the building. The facilities and panoramic views from the top are very impressive and I would have been more than happy to live in the development when I was a young professional. Overall, a high quality facility, next to the trendy and arty Baltic Square district, where a lot of regeneration is clearly taking place and within easy walking distance of town. Thanks to Kallum, who was a great host and to the Site Manager who escorted us on the visit.

Met with our CR Manager to get an update about the market development in the last two years for buy to let situations. Discussed the implications for our investment and then went for a site visit. This was extremely useful because he made it possible to also see our flat. During our tour of the neighbourhood we were also shown completed and planned projects we were as a proxy for the overall quality of the company and their business partner. I've been wanting to buy a property in Manchester for a little over a year, and the proposal presented by RW, despite being the most expensive, was the one I chose. however there is a detail in the project that I didn't initially notice and I think it could be better. the building has a single elevator and I think this could be a problem if it breaks down or at peak times to go up or down to the 14th floor.
