RW Invest are the assuring 7% return for 1 year as sold???Be aware! They sell you a property by stating they assure rental returns and only work with the best, most trusted developers. I purchased at one Baltic square and the developer went bust and nobody wants to honour the original agreement. Now being told that there is no assured rent. It is outright misrepresentation and will be getting the lawyers involved.
Dear Jonpaul,Thank you for your feedback. As your feedback highlights, when you purchased your property with the previous developer there was an agreement in your contract between you as the leaseholder, and their management agent to receive a percentage of assured rent following completion of your purchase.It is important to highlight that this agreement was strictly between the leaseholder and the management agent in place on the development as per their exchanged contract. We have recently learned that a 3rd party entity petitioned a winding up order against the management agent, causing them to cease operation. It is important to highlight that the entity that petitioned for this did so due to matters entirely separate to this development or RWinvest and had no affiliation with any purchase in this development. This course of events could not have been foreseen or planned for by anybody at the outset of your purchase, but naturally the closure of the management agents due to the 3rd party entity has meant there are implications for you as a leaseholder in this project. In order to assist you with this, RWinvest has actively sourced a new management agent on your behalf, to oversee the management of your property upon completion, should you choose to use their services.They are a highly experienced management agency and as such we believe that they can offer a more enhanced service than that of the original agents in place at the time of your purchase. They currently have over 1,500 properties tenanted and under their management. Based upon initial projections the headline gross rents may actually be in excess of the rental figures under the agreement with the previous management agents, and RWinvest have sent an update out regarding this, making our Post-Sales team available to discuss this matter at length should you wish to do so.We would urge you to contact RWinvest directly at your earliest convenience so that your Post-Sales Manager can speak with you regarding this. RWinvest.

Hi all,I have invested in Merchant's Wharf project by a developer called Legacie developers (no legacy for sure). Please stay clear. RW-invest is hand in gloves with the developer to make false promises. They even go back on the agreement. You had to get a solicitor to remind them of the same. The project already delayed by more than a year.
