Me and my wife invested in 2018 via RW invest in 2 off-plan projects in Liverpool. We were promised for having an assured return and trusted developer….Non has happened as the so called “trusted developer” went into administration and of course the developer is a limited company…What is more surprising that my own off plan purchase wasn’t registered in the land registry and I was surprised that I got to know from the administration management that the same apartment was registered under a different name before me in 2017!!!, , , , , , , , , , , , , , 1- According to the below reply from RW invest. When I purchased the project it was supposed and targeted to be finalized as per contract by April 2019 which is almost 1 year away from covid time. 2- RW invest knew that this development was with another developer but for some reasons the initial developer didn’t even build 1 floor. 3- my unit 320 was sold to someone else’s name in December 2017 as per land registry. RW invest didn’t inform me that it was sold to someone else.4- when I bought the same unit it was never registered in land registry to secure my investment through the appointed solicitor. 5- what a coincidence that the same solicitor ceased trading prior administration and RW invest appointed another solicitor that hasn’t even registered my purchased unit in land registry for the second time! 6- I did pay 75% of the full amount and all my money were disappeared. The reason is because according to the administration management I and many others investors aren’t under the list of secured creditors even they have the documents and they acknowledged our payments. But we weren’t registered in land registry. Look at most of the great reviews are done directly after the contract exchange because the sales team are really great till Exhange contract takes place and they consistently ask me to make a review. Audience those are pure facts. And stay away, Stay away….
Dear Charly,Whilst the developer for both of these projects did everything possible to mitigate the issues that Covid-19 presented, they were ultimately unable to continue with the projects, leading them to be placed in to administration.RWinvest has been working on behalf of all investors in both developments to find a solution.With regards to one of the properties you are referring to, the developer with RWinvest’s assistance, secured a new buyer to purchase the development in its entirety, which will facilitate the return of all of the original investors deposited funds.With regards to your other property, RWinvest are currently working closely with the administrators to find a solution and to broker the best possible outcome for all of our clients who have purchased in this development.We understand that it is unfortunate that the developer for both developments, YPG, has gone into administration which no one could have foreseen prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.We are working tirelessly on all fronts to resolve these outstanding issues and will always do what we can to assist our clients.RWinvest has a dedicated post sales team to assist all of our clients once they have purchased a property through us. We have been promised 7% ROI, trusted developer… be careful you will be promised the same and they will extensively follow up with you to give them a review as soon as the contract is exchanged because their services and follow up till that moment is 100% amazing! Me and my husband invested in fabric district project in liverpool in summer 2018 and the project was supposed to be finished by 1st of April 2019 as target date which is way prior covid. We gradually paid 75% of the full amount through solicitors….even though there were continuous discussion regarding the delay, RW invest were supporting the developer like nothing is going to happen. Then Q4 2021the developer went into administration. The administration management has recently informed us that we are not secured creditor and the result we got 0 of our paid money. Note RW invest informed us recently after announcing the developer’s administration that this development was with another developer that is why my husbands unit was registered under someone else’s name in land registry….. and was never registered under his name later!!!!! Neither my unit was registered. Note: prior the trusted developer announcing the administration we paid for the 3rd payment out of 4 payments while the initial solicitor had ceased to trade and asked us to transfer our files to another solicitor…. I will do another review on my second experience that I bought through RW invest in Hamilton hub. Be careful 100% I invested in 2 projects! They might reply on this by washing their hands off that they only were mediating and they try to solve it…. But those are only words… sugar coating for a big issue. Yes you will be dealing with a company and solicitors but doesn’t mean that you are guaranteed to at least secure your investment …..

We are in the process of purchasing an off-plan apartment in a new development in Liverpool and whilst it is not yet finished, we asked for an opportunity to visit the show flat. Dan liaised with us over this and worked to fit a visit in to our schedule and not his own. A couple of minor glitches (created by us!) were dealt with and sorted quickly and efficiently by him and nothing was too much trouble.We raised questions about furniture, and specific requests regarding how and where furniture could be distributed when the time came close to completion. These were discussed and solutions potentially found, again without any fuss.We are regularly updated with progress of the development.All round, a very good service with excellent customer relations.
