RWinvest are so good in advertising and making you fool and when you are trapped they are gone. They introduced the LAWYERS who were not the Lawyers and were so rude in their dealing that after not having reply from our messages to them,, I went to Liverpool to meet them but they refused to meet that I should make the appointment first to come from Guildford. On my enquirer about One Islington Plaza for which they were working for us, the answer was that they did not know the place at all!!!It was a total lie in my opinion, about 8% interest guaranteed for three years. Not only this but also there were false representations regarding completion of the building whereas there were still some incomplete rooms when students started occupying the rooms.To me losing everything is because of RW Invest who initially wrongly advertised and continued to hide the facts from us the investigators throughout the process. So to me I shall never trust them and never ever recommend them to anyone.M D S

Pure marketing and miss leading information that unfortunately has landed myself and 2 friends with an investment in Liverpool (OneIslington Plaza) that guaranteed 8% interest ROI & left us with stress. As an overseas investor, you want to rely on professionals that verify the developers they sell on behalf - complete lack of due diligence on the developer who went into liquidation as soon as the development was 'ready', which was far from the truth. We later found out that the developer had dissolved several companies before and obtained completion certificates fraudulently, but has got away as they are no longer in business. They took our money and folded the company - a fantastic way to make illicit money in the UK. To make matters worse, RWInvest recommended to work with TQLawyers to complete our purchase and we later found out they were not lawyers, but surveyors AND they also went into liquidation once the development was 'complete'. 3 years later, we're left with a failed cash investment that has given us 0% return. I also have hard evidence of the statements I’ve made in this review so please feel free to get in touch and I’ll happily share. This has been my worst investment ever & please be extra careful if considering to work with RWinvest. There are several other routes to sensible financial investment, RWinvest is not one of them.

A dreadful experience with two failed developments in Liverpool which have left me with zero guaranteed income (apart from a few hundred pounds some 2 years ago) and a potential loss of some £100,000+ which I am still trying to recoup. Initial investment almost 3 years ago. Absolutely no responsibility taken by RW Invest in the aftermath. However, according to a recent article in the Liverpool Business News, (8/5/2022) RW Invest are looking at £1Bn of new developments in Liverpool … this obviously doesn’t include them helping out those investors who are set to lose tens of thousands of pounds in the failed investments they promoted. Apparently the term ’guaranteed income’ doesn’t mean the same to them as it does to everyone else. If I get my full investment back it will be nothing short of miraculous. Avoid.24/6 I am so happy I now have the opportunity to write this edit in response to the fatuous response below from RW Invest who I knew would and did attempt to pressure me into removing my negative review which was their ‘attempt to contact’ . I did indeed end the call as their behaviour is galling, disingenuous, self-serving, shocking, disgraceful and laughable. I have tried on umpteen occasions to contact them having plunged over £100,000 into their failed developments but only now, when my negative review is online, do I get a response. Avoid at all costs.Let’s be clear, my investment in property number 1 has tied up £45k of my money for 3 years with no return on investment whatsoever. It’s a terrible situation and the excuses and apologies are, quite frankly, emptyAs for Fabric District, the proposal to ask us, the investors, to add an extra £15k to get the development finished with no guarantee is laughable. If RW Invest were worth their salt they would complete the build at their expense before asking we investors to throw yet more money at what is a failure managed by them. I would also point out, as a Managing Director of my own business, the lack of communication from anyone in a senior position at RW Invest, the lack of any attempt to reach out to those affected by this fiasco but leave it to junior sales/support individuals to front, is utterly appalling and unforgivable. I am at this moment £100,000 down. Avoid.

This is our first time dealing with RWinvest and the process was quite smooth and the communication was efficient. Really good presentation of the off plan site and useful information to ease our minds in making this investment. Dealing with the solicitors got complicated at times but Rachael and Tiarnan were very good at following any questions/issues up in a timely manner. The main thing with investing from abroad and the time difference is quick responses to any questions and we were happy with the response time and the level of detail in the answers given.
