Rowland Homes have begun a new development on Nell Lane, Leyland. A pipe has been put directly on to the lane and surface water from the site has flooded the lane and onto the A49 which is a main road. When contacted Rowland homes took zero responsibility for the flooding caused by their actions

Bought a new build at Blackpool

Bought a new build at Blackpool. Very first house ever bought. First year and we’ve had leak from en-suite but they were quick to fix so all good. Found a hole in stairs which hand could go through but again they fixed so all good. After 15 months of being in house we lost three tiles off roof in a slight wind, and they wouldn’t help as according to them they don’t cover roofs, even under the NHBC new build contract. So we had to pay privately to get roof fixed. We have also had to have back garden redone as was like a mud bath in first six months as they just put clay down. Still trying to get company to help us with roof costs but they seem to be ignoring our emails now.

After sales review at Richmond Point Lytham St Annes

I don’t often write reviews however I’m taking a minute or two to say how wonderful certain staff have been on Richmond Point from the sales staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful to the amazing after sales service being the site manager, Pete. He has been invaluable along with his team of trades people. I have moved from a beautiful, large Victorian house in Lytham. With new life changes I pondered on getting a new build thinking it would hopefully give me some reassurance knowing that if I had any issues then I had the security of the guarantee and support with ongoing issues. Never living in a new build property I was a little sceptical but I heard Rowland homes had a good reputation. I’m so pleased I went with this company as their site manager Pete has been nothing but professional, supportive, polite and incredibly efficient at dealing with issues on my snag list; delegating to wonderful trades people who have all been excellent. Pete the site manager must be incredibly busy as the development is extremely large however he makes you feel like you’re no 1! He always has a smile on his face, he’s receptive, goes above and beyond to reassure you, giving the upmost of professional support and importantly gets the issues dealt with promptly. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team but especially Pete who has taken away any anxieties associated with living in a new build, this has been invaluable to me in my transition to my new home, Helen Leek

Hats off to the “The Hatton”

We moved to a new build property with Rowland Homes last week. From the moment we walked into the Marketing Suite to the collection of the keys we were looked after by Jordan Ross at Levens View in Ulverston he talked to us about our needs and suggested the types of property that would suit us. He guided us through the reservation process the selection of estate agents, potential solicitors and the optional extras to enhance our home. The whole process from reservation to moving in took about two months. The house is fabulous and the support of the Rowland Team and particularly “Jordan” has been exceptional.

We bought a house at Levens View and Jordan was our main contact throughout. Jordan guided us throughout the process and kept us fully informed along the way of any details or updates to ensure that buying our house went smoothly. Quality Experience beuitiful home

Our first experience of Rowland homes was a visit to the Jubilee gardens show homes in Euxton,We were very impressed with the different styles available and the actual build quality of the homes. We looked at other builders within a 10 mile radius but none of them came anywhere near to the homes on offer at the Rowland homes in Euxton.We went back a few weeks later to reserve our home, Stephen was excellent very helpful and made the experience of buying a Rowland home so easy and kept us informed throughout the whole process from initial deposit to completion.Luke and sam the builders site managers did a fantastic job of sorting the few snags we found very promptly and very professionally, they are a great team at Rowland and have made our whole experience a very memorable one, thanks team Rowland you are the best.

We moved in to our Rowland Home at Jubilee Gardens, Euxton, 5 weeks ago now and are over the moon with everything! Our experience started with Stephen in the sales office. He could not have been any more helpful or friendly if he tried. Our move was particularly stressful due to issues in the chain but Stephen did everything he could to ensure we did not lose the house and nothing was too much trouble. On moving day, Sam, one of the site managers came to make sure everything was OK and from that point on Luke has looked after us. Luke has provided an exceptional service too. He's text us every week to make sure everything has been OK, let us know when he was on holiday and alternative arrangements and made sure our snags were sorted promptly and when I say snags, they were minimal. We are blown away with the quality and general finish of the house. If you are reading this and thinking of moving to this site I'm sure you will not regret it. The area is lovely, the houses are fab and the service outstanding.

My experience so far with Rowland homes has been great.It begun from the sales office where I met Stephen, he made my experience stress free. This is because of how passionate he is about his job. He ensured that everything went according to plan and the process, beginning from when we reserved our home till the completion stage was nothing short of amazing.Stephen then handed us over to Luke, who is one of the site mangers. The majority of our experience has been great!

The initial stage of the buying process with Rowland (Jubilee Gardens, Euxton) wasn’t great, mainly related to head office and the way in which they managed our part exchange. However, other than that the rest of the team have been incredible. Stephen the sales manager has always been helpful and answered any questions we have had. Luke has been amazing, whenever we have a problem he is always able to fix it for us and nothing seems too much trouble. His team are also very friendly and approachable, which is testament to the way in which the site managers lead. We are so glad we went with Rowland and we would recommend them with no hesitation.

Yet again rowland homes never fail to disappoint after saying for weeks that the surrounding areas would be taken care off they came in for one day did a terrible job of cutting the grass and I when I say terrible they only did half no hedges no picking up the brick that have been left but I suppose they can say they have been in there eyes. They have left the mud path and the grass that is overgrown in front of our house.where the cabin was is still an eye sore it’s just mud with bricks There are now 4 house up for sale now if that does speak words what will

We reserved our forever home at Jubilee Gardens. Unfortunately due to the wet UK weather our build was delayed and no fault of Rowland. Sam, the site manager told us that she would deliver a quality home which she did and we love it! Throughout the buying process, Stephen the Sales Executive kept us fully updated and he should be commended on his friendly and professional approach. Finally the assistant site manager Luke ensured that our snagging list was rectified very promptly and he followed up to ensure the work had been completed to our satisfaction. We opted for a new build as we have recently retired and wanted to future proof our home. We chose Rowland “Jubilee Gardens” at Euxton as we loved the location and the exclusive feel of the development. We have been in our new home 5 weeks now and have been impressed with the service we have received. Everyone on site has been so friendly and helpful. Making our dream home a reality

We have just moved onto Richmond Point and what a fantastic journey it has been. Having previously lived in a new build we were a little sceptical as our previous experience was not great but Rowland Homes have got it right. The team of Emma, Mark and Lucy worked hard with us whilst on the journey to exchange and then onto completion. The home introduction prior to moving with Pete the site manager was so welcoming and informative, nothing has been too much trouble. The flowers and card waiting for us when we moved in really made it special. We are equally impressed with the quality of build and the focus to make everything as right as it possibly can be. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!Worst development in Cottam don’t waste your hard earned money site manager harry hasn’t got a clue how to handle any situation he starting swearing at us and walked off when asked a simple question he tells people he’s related to the M.D so he thinks he can chuck his weight around. customer care won’t do anything so don’t bother emailing them. We have over grown grass that was cut once 2 years ago cabin has been left outside my house and the drains were NOT fitted correctly even after sending pictures, they but the blame us for doing our garden we paid a lot of money and never expected this all we look at is a cabin and disgusting grounds every development around the area is well looked after please please don’t buy
