Google2 houses purchased. Combined defects 275 been outstanding over 12 months. Ripped out some tiles from bathroom due to defects on building and then told me you can have feature wall or tiles that do not match existing tiles. Left 7 year old and mum without bathroom since 8th September 25. I now have to reinstate there mess and put rigth the bathroom and legal claim will follow. On the service charge Rowland not answering my questions on funds paid and the airport agreement. There no agreement binding the management company it Kensington and this I will address further. You must all send a request to the management company to be added to the members register it is NOT automatic. As members there are legal rights which I am aware and will seek to invoke if Rowland don’t comply.

Been here coming up a year. We were looking forward to our new home, what a disappointment, leaks, mould, we even had a flood, garden is like a swamp, the whole build and workmanship is dreadful. From the first time we stepped into the sales office Jordan comes across lovely, until you correct him then he gets on his high horse and denies he ever said it. He also vapes in front of us, which is extremely unprofessional. The fact he shows up on TikTok in his underwear which I really don’t want to see is just not right when your representing a company and living on site, I don’t care what you do in your own time but that’s too much, more appropriate for Onlyfans.

Avoid at all cost. Very poor workmanship caused leaks in our new build. Mould on the skirting boards and carpet! Rowland customer service argue that's normal in a new build. Mould and leaks are not normal! It is a severe health hazard and It shows that the house was not ready to move in, it wasn't checked and tested properly. When asked for compensation for the inconvenience (days off work to let workers in and to be present whilst they eye here, two holidays cancelled as we had to be at home monitoring leaks and having to refil the boiler twice a day so we don't freeze) we were ridiculed. Rowlands do not offer compensation and we should be grateful they are dealing with the issues. If you want to avoid stress don't waste your money on buying house from Rowlands. Learn from our mistakes. I really regret not doing any research before buying from them. Buying a dear house became a nightmare. The company denies negligence and poor workmanship. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Moved into Levens view January 2014.House build decent ish quality. Finish and materials is poor and low end, could never be called “luxury”. Kitchen diner design is poor and pokey. Detached garages are single skin, damp and cannot be used to store anything. Snags still not fixed 1 year after move in. House was filthy when we moved in, and clearly not finished.Landscaping of communal areas is just a pile of rubble. Customer services do not respond to emails.There is also a very high turnover of management on the site and therefore no continuity of service.
