We cannot thank Stephen at Waddicar Rise enough for everything he did to help us secure our dream home! From start to finish, his service was absolutely first class. Buying a home can be stressful, but Stephen went completely above and beyond, chasing solicitors, keeping us constantly updated, and making sure everything stayed on track. Quite honestly, without his hard work, dedication, and constant support, we wouldn't have got our dream home. He truly deserves outstanding praise and Rowland homes should be grateful he works for them!

I have bought a new house on Royal…

I have bought a new house on Royal Gardens in Blackpool. I was looking at various models and had my heart set on one of them. Sadly I missed out on that but Elaine who was the sales adviser gave me further options within my budget. Elaine made sure that the model I have now bought was suitable due to my disabilities. Elaine could have just done a basic sales job but she went really above and beyond and showed a real caring attitude. She made sure I understood everything and guided me through the process expertly. Thank you for all your help Elaine you really showed what Rowland homes is all about.

We have been really pleased with our experience at the Waddicar Rise development. From initially signing with Kai on the early bird option through to reserve / exchange with Stephen the development manager. We found Kai very helpful on our first visit and Stephen who has been a great in assisting with the reserve / exchange process, fully explaining site / house / development documents and helping us pick our personalised options. Stephen has been a great help during the conveyancing process and has always been available for contact with any queries or concerns, Thanks Stephen.

A True Christmas Miracle

The quality of workmanship and the…

The quality of workmanship and the initial design of the homes is shocking, after 4 large water ingress into the house and garden that floods due to poor initial design as the run of water pours onto the garden and floods as there is no drainage, after initial acceptance of blame Roland homes senior team offered £500 compensation instead of fixing the problem. and this is after spending £1000 pounds on turfing which is now knackered due to the waterlogged garden, joke! I am now left with a big bill to fix something that should have never been a problem.

After sales review at Richmond Point Lytham St Annes

I don’t often write reviews however I’m taking a minute or two to say how wonderful certain staff have been on Richmond Point from the sales staff who were incredibly friendly and helpful to the amazing after sales service being the site manager, Pete. He has been invaluable along with his team of trades people. I have moved from a beautiful, large Victorian house in Lytham. With new life changes I pondered on getting a new build thinking it would hopefully give me some reassurance knowing that if I had any issues then I had the security of the guarantee and support with ongoing issues. Never living in a new build property I was a little sceptical but I heard Rowland homes had a good reputation. I’m so pleased I went with this company as their site manager Pete has been nothing but professional, supportive, polite and incredibly efficient at dealing with issues on my snag list; delegating to wonderful trades people who have all been excellent. Pete the site manager must be incredibly busy as the development is extremely large however he makes you feel like you’re no 1! He always has a smile on his face, he’s receptive, goes above and beyond to reassure you, giving the upmost of professional support and importantly gets the issues dealt with promptly. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team but especially Pete who has taken away any anxieties associated with living in a new build, this has been invaluable to me in my transition to my new home, Helen Leek

Quality Experience beuitiful home

Our first experience of Rowland homes was a visit to the Jubilee gardens show homes in Euxton,We were very impressed with the different styles available and the actual build quality of the homes. We looked at other builders within a 10 mile radius but none of them came anywhere near to the homes on offer at the Rowland homes in Euxton.We went back a few weeks later to reserve our home, Stephen was excellent very helpful and made the experience of buying a Rowland home so easy and kept us informed throughout the whole process from initial deposit to completion.Luke and sam the builders site managers did a fantastic job of sorting the few snags we found very promptly and very professionally, they are a great team at Rowland and have made our whole experience a very memorable one, thanks team Rowland you are the best.
