Please check with your conveyancing solicitor about a dispute over the management fees with Sandbach Management Company limited. Please check with residents before purchasing these 2 properties. Please note that all Rowland Homes sites offer a Freehold home but there is a management fee charge applicable. Please note that residents have asked Rowland Homes (relevant legal entitity) Mr Stephen Grant Director of SMCLtd and the Sales and Marketing Director of Rowland Homes and HML Guthrie Limited Company Secretary of Sandbach Management Company Limited for our long standing dispute since March 2016 to be referred to an arbitrator as per the special conditions relating to the TP1 part of the contract. For Anyone thinking of purchasing plots 97 or 98 on phase 2 otherwise known as plots 16 and 17 on phase 1 that HML Guthrie ignored requests from its members to have the accounts AUDITED by an accountant this breaches section 476 of the Companies Act. Please also note that the Management Company for public open space called Sandbach Management Company Number 2 Limited was dissolved on the 5th December 2017. Rowland Homes are in breach of the sales contract by dissolving this company.
