I moved into my new home in September 2026. It went through smoothly thanks to Elliot who saw the process through with me from start to finish, very helpful, answered all my questions, and sorted things out when I kept changing my mind on extras. When I moved into was advised to complete a snag list which I did the list was completed and everything sorted out by Carl site manager. He answered all my questions was always polite and very efficient. I only met Reece assistant site manager some weeks after moving in he to was always polite and helpful in sorting things out for me. Being one of the first people to move in it as been noisy with work going on around me but I knew this before I moved in, it will not be forever.

Stephen at Waddicar rise

We honestly cannot thank Stephen at Rowlands Waddicar Rise enough for everything he has done for us throughout the process of buying our forever home. From the very beginning, Stephen went above and beyond. He helped us when we were dealing with our buyers’ solicitors the first time around and even helped us identify an issue with our own solicitors that we hadn’t realised was there. When our first sale fell through, Stephen showed us so much genuine empathy and understanding. He knew how stressful and heartbreaking it was for us, and his support at that point meant more than he probably realised. Thankfully, we got a second chance, and throughout the whole process Stephen was there again. He kept us informed, helped us navigate the difficult moments and, most importantly, was someone we could turn to when everything felt overwhelming. Buying and selling a home is stressful at the best of times, but this has genuinely been one of the most stressful periods of our lives. Stephen has been the one person who somehow managed to keep us sane throughout it all! He has been incredibly supportive, patient, understanding and genuinely caring. We never felt like just another sale to him, he made us feel like he truly cared about getting us into our forever home. We will always be grateful for the way Stephen supported us and helped us through what has been a very emotional journey. He is a real credit to Rowlands and, without hesitation, we would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Thank you, Stephen, for everything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience with Rowland Homes, Green, Ingol We cannot recommend Rowland Homes highly enough, and in particular Suzan, the Sales Manager at Green in Ingol, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout our experience. From the very beginning, Suzan was incredibly lovely, friendly, professional and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to help us with every part of the process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for her, and whenever we had questions or concerns, she was always there to listen, explain everything clearly and do everything she could to help us. Buying a new home can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but having someone like Suzan made such a huge difference for us. She was always patient, approachable and supportive, and we genuinely felt that she cared about helping us find the right home rather than simply making a sale. We’ve recently reserved our new home with Rowland Homes at Waddicar Rise in Melling, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Before visiting Rowland Homes, we went to look at another local development. Unfortunately, our experience there wasn’t the best, and we left feeling quite disappointed. It really highlighted the difference when we met Stephen at Rowland Homes. From the moment we placed our Early Bird reservation through to our reservation appointment, Stephen has been absolutely brilliant. As first-time buyers, the whole process was completely new to us, but he has made everything feel so straightforward and stress-free. I started my Rowland journey back in…

I started my Rowland journey back in September last year. My plan was to buy 2 properties, one my parents to buy and one for myslef. Royal gardens in Bispham is the place we was buying the 2 new build propeeties. We completed on my parents sale in January 2026, and then completed on my house in May 2026. Elaine is nothing but supportive, understanding, reassuring and so approachable. She really knows her job and it shows in her customer service, empathy to customers and knowledge of the job. When we first started our journey Elaine wasnt in post, and we was not given all the information at the beginning of the plan to buy my parents house. This caused the start to be slightly rocky and unnerving. However, Elaine came in post and we have not looked backed. She is so thorough and really explains everything that as a buyer of a new build you do and dont need to do. She really is a credit to your business and we would not of got through the buying of 2 new build houses without her. Thank you Elaine

We love our Royal Gardens, Rowland home! The house is perfect for us with no real issues. We have been in for 8 months and probably identified 50 snags. 1 or 2 are still outstanding but regular dialogue from site manager and team, I am confident they’ll get resolved. Elaine the Sales Executive was amazing to deal with. Professional and friendly. I feel she supported us the whole way through the process which is always stressful when moving. I have bought a new house on Royal Gardens in Blackpool. I was looking at various models and had my heart set on one of them. Sadly I missed out on that but Elaine who was the sales adviser gave me further options within my budget. Elaine made sure that the model I have now bought was suitable due to my disabilities. As a first-time buyer and single parent, purchasing my own home felt overwhelming, but Rowland Homes made it possible, and I couldn't be prouder to have got here. A huge shout-out to Jordan Ross in sales, who was incredibly patient with my endless questions and somehow kept his cool when I changed my mind about my kitchen units more than once! He made the whole process feel manageable at every step. Once I moved in, Brian the site manager and Richard were brilliant at working through my snag list, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The house itself is perfect for me and my little family. It's not huge, but it doesn't need to be, and the location more than makes up for it. I regularly have genuine "pinch me" moments when I take my dog out into the stunning countryside surrounding the estate. I still can't quite believe I get to live here. Thank you Rowland Homes. We had a lot of support and assistance through our purchase of a house in Waddicar Rise . Since it was our first house, they've patiently answered all our questions and delivered clear information with no surprises and no hidden offsides. I love the transparency for that they say what it is and not a customer might hope for. House is midsize but none of the rooms is awfully small and the development is in a lovely area... Post purchase service is excellent and quick... I think we've got a great value for the price and I love it... I'd purchase again with them!

Olivia and her colleagues made the entire process as edifying as purchasing a new build can be. We felt a genuine sense of support at times when hurdles appeared in the conveyancing timeline, in that Olivia went above and beyond in seeking to expedite all matters. The quality of the build is to a much higher standard than other houses we viewed in the local area, built by so called bigger companies.
