Google(2024) The staff are very professional and accommodating from making calls, sending emails and even during the viewing appointments. Morgan and Katie reached out directly. Excellent service for they are kind, considerate and helpful. I had another experience this year (February-March 2025) with Robsons. Gabriella was patient and flexible. I felt that she went out of her way to find flats that could meet my needs and preference. She also made time to work around my availability. Her professional and proactive approach made the search process straightforward and less stressful. Thank you very much.

GoogleWas all going well until my holding deposit was paid. At this point I was asked to do things that I made it clear from the beginning of the process that I would not be willing to submit to (like open banking for example). When I refused I was told that this would mean I would fail referencing even though I had previously mentioned this exact thing and was assured it would not interfere. They also tried to threaten that they would not return my holding deposit unless I submitted to the open banking as this would mean I would fail referencing, it is only when I made it clear that I would sue for any money they have taken from me under false pretences as I was assured open banking would never be an issue that I received an email from Jack Nevin a director to let me know that the landlord had withdrawn and they would be sending back my funds. The also tried to change the move in date again only after I had sent them money after I made it very clear that due to my current circumstances any change in dates could cost me significant amounts of money. all in all I think they are just money hungry and are willing to tell you anything you want to hear in order to secure your money then they don’t give a toss about what happens. won’t ever be using them again and advise others to stay clear and find an agent that genuinely wants to help.

We understand your frustration and would like to clarify that we did try to offer alternative solutions to help you overcome the issues with the referencing process. Unfortunately, you decided not to pursue those options. As the referencing could not be completed successfully, we were unable to proceed with the tenancy and have therefore returned your deposit in full.
