We used Robson's for our sale, it was a mammoth process and we were very pleased to have Matt there every step of the way, from estimation and valuation to exchange. We were recommended Matt and Robson's by a friend who also used them for a sale process and were very pleased, and we're glad we did. You can't choose your buyer, and you can't choose your buyers solicitors (sadly) but you can choose your estate agent. And know that if you go with Matt and Robson's you will get someone who will communicate, keep at it, offer advice and guidance but won't be overly pushy and will do their absolute best to get you the move you want.

I've been most pleased with the service Matt and his team have given me from the start until completing the sale of my home in 3 days time. Matt guided me on the pricing of my home and organised a viewing day. Before this, I was introduced to the members of the team and we walked through my home so they could familiarise themselves with it. Feedback from viewings was given immediately. Top notch estate agent. In the space of 3 years I sold 5 houses for myself or family. Two of which had broken chain or probate issues so the sales fell through and multiple times on for one sale. So my experience of Estate Agents in the area and country wide is probably more than average. Robsons was the last estate agent I dealt with in this chain of events. In hindsight I realise that they gave excellent advice, which initially I thought was estate agent talk and them trying to improve their chances of selling an identical house 2 doors down that was already on their books, but sadly it was the right advice I didn’t take and the other house sold quickly when it came back on in the market the next spring. I dealt with Cameron and Matt the manager mainly. I had to complement Matt about Cameron as there were some complex turns in this last house sale. The way Cameron spoke with me was so genuine and reassuring and definitely not the “typical sales person/Estate agent” speak you can have where you feel people are going through the motions or just shmoojing you to get a sale out of you or get you off the phone. We recently worked with Matthew Gooder for our property purchase in Croxley Green, and I would genuinely say Matthew is a solid guy. We had quite a few ups and downs throughout this purchase, but Matthew remained professional and did everything he could from his side to help get the purchase through. What we particularly appreciated was that he tried to understand both the buyer’s and seller’s situation rather than looking at it as just another transaction. Buying a home is a huge financial commitment, but it’s also an emotional journey, and you need an agent who understands that. Matthew certainly did.
